This was the perfect home base for our family of four. The cabin was exceptionally clean—which is a top priority for my wife—and clearly well-maintained. Its location near Pigeon Forge is excellent, making it a quick and easy drive to everything we needed. Additionally, the host was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions. We’ve already added this to our favorites list for our future trips to Dollywood!

This cabin is wonderful! The communication with the staff was great. The listing staff really pays attention to details. Even though we only travel to the Gatlinburg area every few years, we will be back.

We had a lovely stay over Christmas week. The cabin was the perfect size for our family of four. Our two teenagers had their own beds and the house was very well quipped with everything we needed. Our little Chihuahua enjoyed his stay with us too. The owner provided snacks, coffee, and treats for our fur baby as well. It was smack dab between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so we were able to drive to both towns in no time. We also enjoyed our family relaxation in the hot tub on Christmas Eve. Also, the lake was a short walk away and it was a nice distance to help our puppers expend some energy. The whole area was so nice. We loved the property and we made so many wonderful memories here. I highly recommend you stay!

We loved our stay in the cozy little cabin! If you need it, the owners probably will have it there. We loved the welcome basket or treats and the treats for our pups as well. They even have water and feed bowls if you need them. We always bring our own but some people forget.Secluded with neighbors is a holler’s reach!Close to the strip but yet far enough to feel not close.

The cabin was so great! I can't stop telling my friends and family about the place! They supplied shampoo, creme rinse, laundry detergent, stain remover, dishwashing detergent, liquid detergent for hand washing dishes, snacks for humans and fur babies, poop bags. The kitchen was well stocked, even seasonings. I truly feel this will be our new place to stay when we return to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area.

The host was welcoming. She had snacks, kcups and coffee syrup to name a few. Perfect location and perfect yard for dogs. Enjoy walk around the pond with the dogs. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely breathtaking views and the fall foliage was spectacular. I would absolutely stay here again. Off the beaten path which is just what we wanted. Still close to all the attractions if that is what you want.

We had a WONDERFUL stay at the rental! Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The home is located in a very quiet area (a few miles out of town), super clean, felt like being at home! Beds were very comfy, kitchen well supplied, living/dining area perfect for our needs, GREAT TV and Internet connection, hot tub and patio area so relaxing, even fished a couple of times at the small lake (pond) and caught fish!!! We rate this rental a solid 10 out of 10. Definitely will be back!!! Absolutely no hesitation on re-renting in the future. Thank you so much Jen!

The cabin was excellent. The location was great. Four miles from Gatlinburg and four miles from Pigeon Forge. Everything you need to cook with was there. Also had a visit from five bears in two days. Very memorable! We will stay here again.

Stayed 1st week of August, great location, ideal for 4 adults and 2 teens. Great communication with the host, kids loved the walk to the pond fishing. We’re also thinking about staying again next year, with a couple friends.

Fun family vacation home!

This house fit our family of 4 (2 boys ages 11 and 18) perfectly! The house had games which we played every night after our days out in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg then relaxed in the hot tub!! I would make sure to arrive to the place during the daylight for the first time, it was tricky to find with the sharp turns and narrow roads, but would definitely recommend to stay here as it was out of the busy cities yet so close to everything!

The cabin and location are top notch. We have been to the area multiple times and will continue to stay at this cabin again when we make our plans if it’s available. It is private and the amenities are phenomenal. It was just me and my wife this time however it is spacious enough that we plan on bringing our kids back in the spring. The host responds promptly and is very pleasant to work with.

Perfect location for us!

We loved Swaying Pines. Perfect location. We were visiting family for our nephews wedding. Cabin had all we needed and it was beautiful inside and out. Would definitely stay there again. So far best we've rented for our needs in comparison to past rentals.

We had the best time staying here! It was clean inside and out. You are located a few miles from both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but secluded from all of the hustle and bustle of the tourists. All of the beds were very comfortable, check in and out was easy, it came with many extra amenities like a hair dryer (I forgot mine), shampoos and body wash, cooking supplies for your grilling needs. I cannot think of any complaints.
