The cabin is good for the most part. There are a few things that I thought would be helpful. 1.Have a binder for simple instructions, with hotub turning it on, I finally figured it out by touching the temperature thermometer which floats around. Please get some kind of step stool to get into the tub,we used one of the outside chairs to get into tub. 2. TV for dummies😃 it kept on playing then stopping. When using the remote I would try (as I thought the select button to program no luck) When watching prime video, hulu, ect. Do you need a password, or is it set up . No instructions. Fireplace not working ( or has not been turned to gas yet? 3. More lighting in bedrooms (switch on wall operates) ceiling fan and light however it needs 2 chains to pull. Either light or fan. IF not it needs lamp small night stand, Bedroom downstairs needs more light,possibility a stronger bulb or another lamp. More glasses in kitchen. Have some wine glasses. Thank you for letting us stay, we had an amazing weekend. Peak time!!

The place was nice, the cabin was clean and property was well kept. Only complaint is that both the rental cabins accepted the same door code. After that slight bit of confusion the rest of the stay was pleasant

Nice little cabin

Very clean, comfortable cabin. We had some wifi issues, but management went above and beyond to correct it. Management was very responsive to requests. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The only suggestion I would have is to equip the hottub with a set of steps to get in and out of the hottub easier. I'm 6ft 3 in and still had a hard time. My wife is 5ft 1in and had a really hard time getting in/out. Beyond that we loved it, very relaxing and enjoyable.

Cozy Little Cabin!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful little cabin in the woods. Very comfortable and quite nice inside. Close proximity to Pigeon Forge attractions and to Gatlinburg. Property manager was excellent to work with and answered every question promptly. Great week!

Excellent Cabin

Very well outfitted with new appliances, TV and DVD player etc. Very nice log furniure as well. Everything worked as it should. Driveway is very steep and recently washed out / rough spots.

Beautiful inside of cabin. Just wish it was more secluded.

Cabin was 5stars. Just wish it was more secluded. There was literally a cab 20 feet in-front of us which wasn’t in the picture on the website. Driveway was awful getting up. Really needs to be fixed. Overall it was a great stay. Very clean cabin. WiFi was spotty. Owners was easy to get ahold of. Answered promptly to questions

We loved the cabin and amenities! Clean and had everything we needed. Driveway was very steep and had deep wash outs, difficult for a 2WD sedan to climb.

1659 Herman Large Way Cabin

This is a review of our stay for four days at the cabin. The Good: The amenities at the cabin are second to none. Stainless steel appliances, all are up to date. Nice size smart tv. Two beautiful queen size beds. The couch, recliner were excellent. The kitchen table and chairs were of great quality. All the furniture was top of the line. Indoor jetted tub was relaxing also the outside jacuzzi was great. The bathroom fixtures were well above standard(not a powerful shower but it will do). The Nest heating/cooling system was awesome. The Bad: My husband is a major football fan however there is no cable. Did not know this when booking this cabin. We found out that the gas fireplace didn’t work even though it is listed in the ad. I called Sara and left messages about these issues. It took awhile for her to respond. We stay in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area at least twice a year for the past ten years and never had a tv without basic channels. We are not app tv channel people. We could not use the swinging chair because it was surrounded by over grown grass and weeds. The drive up to the cabin is treacherous. I guess from the constant rain or whatever there are deep long ditches coming up the driveway. Landscaping needs to be done on the sides of the road. Maybe even paving would go a long way. In conclusion I don’t think we would stay here again but like I stated it is a beautiful cabin on the inside but because of the negative things it is not for us.

Loved it!

The key thing on the door didnt work so we had to get in through the balcony and their wasnt hot water. But someone was sent to fix them that morning. Other than those 2 hiccups it was a great cabin for me and a friend of mine for my birthday weekend!
