Perfect house

The cabin is much more beautiful than in the pictures. The twelve people we went were very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and the cleanliness impeccable. We’ll definitely come back another time.

The home was beautiful and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We enjoyed our Christmas there and even was able to do Christmas pictures on the stairs with the Christmas tree they had up. It was a pretty good location to pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The weather couldn’t have been any better in the 60’s and 70’s. I would recommend staying at this Cabin.

The property was beautiful and spacious The scenery was beautiful. The amenities were excellent, gave us plenty to do.Seeing the momma bear and cubs walk through the area was an adventure, then later the male bear passed by as if he was a celebrity as we took pictures and made a few post. Thanks for everything, hopefully to return back for the Christmas holiday

We had a great stay at this rental! There were 12 of us in total (4 adults and 8 kids) and we had plenty of space. The house was clean and fully equipped. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. An added bonus was that we were able to see bears on the property almost every day of our stay!

Scenic winter escape

Loved the house layout and that all of the bedrooms were masters. Driving up and down the mountain was daunting especially in the freezing rain. Place was close to downtown Gatlinburg and Ober mountain with plenty to do. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful Cabin

We were very please with the cabin it was gorgeous inside and provided everything we needed to make several meals at the cabin. While the nearest Walmart was in Pigeon Forge Walmart does deliver to this cabin at no cost if you are a Walmart plus member so we had groceries delivered. Having a primary bedroom with a walk in shower on the main floor was important to us because we were traveling with my parents who are late 70s early 80s and we wanted to make it as easy for them as possible. The front and back deck were great for bear spotting. We saw one momma with 3 cubs and one momma with two cubs which we all really enjoyed. In some cabins the living room furniture is cheap or worn and harder for older people to get out of but not the case here it was very comfortable. The cabin was very clean and well taken care of. All the beds were very comfortable. It was great to have a washer and dryer where I could send everyone home with clean laundry and one less thing to do. The roads to the cabin are typical for the area. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay in the future!

Awesome Stay

We stayed at Eric’s place to cerebrate our August family birthdays. The accommodations were even better than expected. It was enough space for our party of 8 to congregate but also have our own space. The theatre/game room and hot tub down stairs were an added touch. In terms of location, it is conveniently located near multiple attractions. The drive up the mountain is windy so I would advise to get there during the day time if possible. Also, we saw bears every day over our 4 day trip. They won’t bother you if you don’t bother them but just a heads up. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We stayed the week of July 4th. Property is top notch! It’s a beautiful, very spacious cabin with amazing views and great amenities. The teenagers loved it! Fantastic stay. Owners were very prompt and accommodating. Definitely recommend this property

Beautiful House

The house and property are beautiful. The neighborhood is perfectly located to visit either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. The roads to the house are steep so go slow and watch for bears. We saw bears every evening including a mother and two cubs. The house was very clean. The game room was in good shape and all the games worked. Views from the patio were good. Hot tub was clean and relaxing.

Great Spring Break Stay

Would definitely choose this cabin again. Great location, on a very quiet dead end road, and easy to drop into town. The cabin was spotless on arrival, everything was like new, beds were very comfortable, lots of space and amenities for our family to enjoy.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this cabin! It was filled with all of the conveniences we needed. Cabin was clean and spacious. Close to the National Park and Pigeon Forge! We will definitely book this cabin again!

Great cabin for family!

We had a wonderful stay during Spring Break. Fresh, clean and well stocked cabin. Game room and hot tub were a huge hit with the kids! Also loved the close proximity to downtown Gatlinburg. Would definitely rent again.

Very nice and new cabin!

This is a very new cabin. Everything was perfect! We all had our own beds and bathrooms which was a plus! Everyone loved the beds very comfortable. Lots of room. Game room down stairs with a bedroom and two bathrooms. Upstairs was two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a sitting room. On the main floor was a bedroom with two bathrooms large kitchen and large table with a large living room. All bedrooms but one had access to an outside deck. You will not be disappointed in renting this cabin. We would definitely stay here again!

Good Company was an awesome experience!

The views were awesome! The ease of getting in and out of Gatlinburg was extremely nice. Cabin was well equipped with what we needed for our stay. Overall cleanliness was great, could not have asked for anything else. Would definitely recommend to anyone. We will definitely plan another visit to this cabin.
