Whether you’re a solo adventurer, a couple looking for a romantic getaway, or a family looking for a fun holiday, we have something for everyone. Our vacation rental is located in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, conveniently located in downtown Gatlinburg, near shopping, restaurants, hiking and more.

    Our rental features a fully stocked galley kitchen, a private balcony with stunning mountain views, a renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, a gas fireplace, a comfy sectional, and a heated pool. This property is perfect for anyone who is active and would like to walk from the condo to downtown Gatlinburg. We did this both days of our stay. Rihannon was kind and responded quickly to an issue we had with the fireplace. The place was not huge, but it was spacious enough for my husband and me to have plenty of room. I even worked out with my yoga mat each morning in the entryway/living room area. We talked after the trip and said we would definitely stay here again when we come back to Gatlinburg.

Location was great. The rooms were nice. It was strange to have the microwave and small frig in the bathroom. The place needs some cleaning and updating. But overall, it was good.

Cozy spot with nice view

Great views with the property at the top of a hill overlooking Gatlinburg. Inside is clean and has everything you need. Downtown is definitely walkable and we did it the first night, but we chose to drive to the 10 city parking deck at the bottom of said hill on hot June days. Would stay again.

Weekend Getaway

We booked last minute for a weekend getaway and the place was perfect! We were able to walk to and from downtown everyday (mild walk). The place was very clean and well kept. Owner is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Loved it!

We loved that the place was within walking distance to all of the stores and main strip. The room was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with whatever pots / pans you needed. The owner was super nice, accommodating, and would answer messages quickly. Overall loved our stay!

Rhiannon let us know ahead of time that the elevator was broken and asked if we wanted to move our vacation which I thought was very considerate. Check in process was smooth and response time from host also great. Less than 10 minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg; a little more difficult coming back as it’s up a hill. Room was clean and as described. Definitely recommend.

The condo itself was very clean well stocked. The bed on the other hand was hard an uncomfortable! Tthe propertys elevator was broken all weekend which made for uncomfortable stay having to walk 20 flights of stairs each time you came an went..

Great place to stay

Loved the location of the condo. We were able to walk to places we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again. I have only one complaint but there is anything you could do about it. We were unable to enjoy our balcony in the evening when the sun went down. The guests in the condo below us were out on their balcony smoking every evening. We are non- smokers and cant stand the smell of it. We just stayed inside our room.

Short, Sweet, Serene

I can’t overstate how great of a stay this was! The host was timely and exhibited impeccable communication. I had gotten myself locked out of the condo I was staying in, the host was able to verify me and helped me get back in - all less than 5 minutes. The condo was CLEAN. I could have eaten off the floor. The bed was comfortable. There were toiletries! There were multiple toilet paper rolls! The host thought of everything. I highly recommend and suggest this host, place, and location. It was phenomenal. Thank you for the opportunity to stay there!

Mountain getaway

This is a very nice condo. Plenty of room to relax after a busy day. The only suggestion I would make is more pillows for the bed and supply an extra roll of toilet paper. That being said, BRING TOILET PAPER WITH YOU!! There’s only one roll provided. The condo’s location is at the south end of the main strip and requires walking about 1/2 a mile to even get to any restaurants and attractions. If you don’t mind walking to get to anything, the condo is a good choice.

Outdated, Uncomfortable and Dirty

Don't do it! I read on another review that the bed needed replaced, and it still does, it was uncomfortable and squeaked every time me or my wife moved. The furniture was uncomfortable and the whole place was dated. The worst of all it was dirty, someone spilled some water on the kitchen floor and when they wiped it up the towel was black. I could go on but if you want to stay at a 2 star condo this if for you but for the price I would keep looking,
