Very clean & well kept condo. You can tell the owners take pride in it. Ideal location and within walking distance to anywhere in the main area of Gatlinburg. We were there for New Years Eve and had the most perfect view from the front door balcony. No crowds and stayed warm. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this unit to friends & family.

So close to everything. Beautiful set up. Wonderful view of the mountain. It was fun to watch the tram go back and forth from Ober Gatlinburg.Can’t blame the owners, but the elevator to the street was broken. If you have mobility issues it would be a real problem.

This place was like a home away from home. Beautifully decorated, spacious, and everything you could need. We loved the patio and fireplace the most. Access to downtown was perfect, it is within walking distance to everything and we only moved the car once to drive into the park. The host responded very quickly to all of our questions. We will definitely be back! Oh and we even saw a bear just on the other side of the fence out back.

Apartment was as advertised. Host communication was excellent and check in/out was easy. Loved being close to center Gatlinburg, with the extra space and amenities. Will definitely book again! This place is great for families that need a bit more space than a hotel room. Only minor thing to be mindful of is that the condo complex is up a steep hill. There is an elevator to street level but it was out of service. Was ok for me but could be a problem for older or handicap persons.

The host was a pleasure to work with. Response was quick. Very clean unit. Only issue was the fireplace wouldn’t work and the host was trying to get someone in to fix it. I know from my own house trying to get someone in quickly is difficult but they tried. The hill to get to the parkway was a struggle. They said there is an elevator that takes you to street level but we couldn’t get it to work. We drove everywhere after that first time navigating that hill. We are older so maybe some younger ones wouldn’t find that challenging. But it’s a beautiful, clean and nicely stocked condo. And we saw a bear outside the very first night!

Our hosts were very welcoming and communicated well. The condo was excellent- highly recommend. Great decor, space and it was nice being so close to the main strip. We loved the ‘escape room’, arcade, the southern bistro (‘Over-Easy Al’s) and SkyPark. Fun family fun

Our stay at this location is always great it is literally a few steps to the gatlinburg parkway where there is great shops and restaurants. There is an incline to walk up and down to parkway though which can be challenging for some but there is an alternate way to use to bypass the incline to get you to the parkway to explore those shops and restaurants and the instructions and route for this is included in your check in information. We usually always see bears here which is a highlight of the trip. The condo itself is very nice and cozy. It was very clean and maintained. Instructions were clear and straightforward. It has two balconies to sit out and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

This place was in a great location! The unit was in excellent shape and nicely decorated. The only issue was the quite steep walk from the main street back to the unit. There was an elevator available but was out of order. I'm sure that's been fixed. Other than that excellent property.

Would definitely stay here again!! Loved the location, and able to walk downtown. The elevator that is accessible to downtown being down our whole stay was definitely a bummer. The hill to the condo is pretty steep to walk!

This property was in a perfect location for hitting all the attractions. Walk out the front door turn left and your on the street in 2 minutes. You don’t need to move your car unless you’re leaving Gatlinburg. It’s a second floor unit which I liked because it gives you a better view of the mountains and the down town. Fast elevator coupled with plenty of luggage carts I had all my wife’s luggage in the condo in 10 minutes.

Nothing short of perfect!This is our fourth stay at Summit Manor. This unit was much cleaner and “homier” than past units. Everything down to battery candles on balcony to great smelling soaps were thought of. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The location is within walking distance to everything we wished to do in town. The only time we were in our car was to go to Pigeon Forge or picnic in the mountains. Highway 441 was closed going to our normal picnic spot so we went to Metcalfe Bottoms. A great find! I can’t say enough about the hosts. Very responsive to questions. They even checked on us midweek. Perfect stay

This was our first time visiting Gatlinburg and everything about this condo was AMAZING! Close to everything in town we were able to walk and leave our car parked. Able to see some bears in the parking lot and along the fence line! The listing of the condo matched perfectly to what we found when we arrived! Definitely will not be our last visit and will not hesitate to stay here again!

Great location, walkable to all downtown Gatlinburg offers! Basic supplies provided and condo’s interior is clean, organized and relaxing. We actually got to see bears walk along the fence along the balcony at ground level! A great stay with plenty of room for four adults.

IMMACULATE!!!

My husband and I were here for a long weekend getaway for our anniversary. One of the things that matters most to us is the cleanliness of the accommodations, and this cabin was the cleanest place we've ever stayed in our lives! It was the perfect layout and adorably decorated. The location was right downtown by the Cherokee Grill. It is up a short but very steep hill. However, there is an elevator by the pool area that takes you down a level so you can avoid the hill altogether. The checkout instructions are simple and easy to follow. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back to stay again.
