I'd give it a 9/10. Overall condition of the condo was fantastic. Well decorated, well stocked with amenities, check-in was a breeze, location is great with convenient walking access to the strip. Our only megative was the bed. It's a very firm mattress and my wife and I didn't sleep too great.

Cute, cozy condo. We loved staying here. Easy walk into Gatlinburg. Also, just a short drive to the Smoky Mountains. We even saw a mama black bear in the parking lot and her cubs in a nearby tree! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Everything was perfect and was actually in walking distance to the strip. It would be a nice add on to have listed to leave out the back of the property and head down the stairs, head to the right of comfort in and turn right, go down the road till you hit the strip. It took us a bit of figuring out where to go exactly. Very comfortable and host was very nice and gave lots of information. Would recommend 10/10.

Close to busy downtown

Location was great as far as being just blocks away and walking distance from all the restaurants and shops. The negative to that is always having to drive through traffic when coming and going in vehicle. Felt very safe in neighborhood, even when a bear came strolling through the parking lot! Overall pleased.

Extended perfect weekend!!

Absolutely enjoyed an extened long weekend that was well needed. It was just us two, and it was perfect! Close walk to downtown. The cutest decor, felt like home. Definitely, will be back to stay!

Getaway to Gatlinburg

We enjoyed the stay. Everything went great. It was clean, great amenities, and nice balcony. We particularly liked the stairs out the back of the property to make it super easy to walk to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Location, Location

Short, easy walk to the strip in downtown Gatlinburg. The condo was clean and tastefully furnished. Chris, our host, was very responsive while we were in residence, as well as before and after our trip. Highly recommend this rental and would definitely book again.

Very great place to stay. The owner was very nice and easy to get in touch with. Only issues I found was the cleaners left some things in room from previous guest but after contacting the owner he did what he could to make it right. I would definitely stay again.
