Getting Around:

We always recommend 4x4 wheel drive for any condo in The Great Smoky Mountains to be extra safe. Paved roads all the way up and paved parking, too.



Other Things to Note:

• Must be 21 or older to book this condo.

• This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum.

• We always recommend a 4x4 drive for anywhere in the Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way up and without any inclement water, any car should be fine, but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area.

• The fireplace is wood-burning. (bring firewood)

• Coffee maker is a Keurig. (bring coffee)

• Condo Complex- The Summit Condos of Gatlinburg offers outdoor pool (seasonal), indoor pool and hot tub year round, washer/dryer (pay) and in the main clubhouse area, playground, seating with views, game room (pay) and in the main clubhouse area.

• The outdoor pool usually opens around Memorial Day each year, give or take. The outdoor pool usually closes at the end of August each year, give or take. These dates are subject to change at any time and out of our control as they are controlled by the HOA. Any necessary maintenance work is out of our control, too, and controlled by the HOA with no notice. Thank you for your understanding.

• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.

• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.

• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.

• Bears and other wildlife are common in the area. Do not feed bears or any type of wildlife, and keep your belongings secured and vehicle doors locked at all times. Bears and wildlife are very protected in this area. Do not feed or bother bears or wildlife at any time during your stay. Thank you greatly for your understanding with this.

• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

• Property Access: Your privacy is important to us. While we do not anticipate needing to access the property during your stay, authorized management, maintenance, housekeeping, or service personnel may occasionally need to enter for inspections, repairs, maintenance, safety concerns, or emergencies. Whenever reasonably possible, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. If we are unable to reach you, do not receive a response, or immediate access is reasonably necessary, authorized personnel may enter after knocking and announcing themselves, or immediately in the event of an emergency, as permitted by applicable law. We will always respect your privacy and strive to minimize any disruption to your stay.
