A few major flaws….

Parking is great and pretty convenient- right in front of the building and very close walking distance to the main strip. Check in was okay, but kind of inconvenient and sketchy, as it’s at the Quality Inn next door (an elevator ride and a few convoluted walkways away outside in the dark and cold). Initial impression of the unit was nice- lots of space. Everything seemed clean other than a stained sheet, which looked like foundation, but was still a little off putting. Enter major flaw #1- we were getting ready for bed when we realized we had one less bed than we booked - the queen sofa bed we were promised was chained and padlocked, literally. Enter major flaw #2- TERRIBLE communication. I tried calling the main number, which I had attempted multiple times earlier in the day as well, but it rings once or twice then disconnects without success. I then called the Quality Inn and was told that they essentially have nothing to do with the property and the main person would be back Monday morning (after our stay). We were offered a room for the person without a bed for the night but no one else (our party would’ve been split). Then we were told we might could get two adjoining rooms if we stopped by the next day, but that would take away our kitchen and common space. So, one person ended up with no bed with no extra linens in the unit and had to share a bed when that was not our original plan. All in all, we might stay again but cautiously.

The cabin is in need of some maintenance repairs! House keeping needs to do a better job of cleaning…The owners needs to come more often and during a inspection of the cabin! Apparently it’s been awhile since they have been there…😳

Gatlinburg vacay

The location was great and the layout of the condo was great, the shower smelled of mildew and there was never wifi despite calling the front desk during our three day stay. There weren’t any lights on either porch. The condo rules were more than we expected as to having to clean up dishes and place all linens in the tub.

Very convenient to everything! Comfortable and loved having a small washer and dryer. Does need new lightbulbs and a deep cleaning of the master shower and need to take a magic eraser to get spots off walls. But overall my family really enjoyed their stay at the property.

Headache !!!!

It was awful we had four kids and the TVs do not work at all and no dvd player on top of that the Wi-Fi does not work !!!! If you plan on cooking you better bring what you need as far as silverware and drinking glasses there is not none ... the beds are comfortable be the sheets are old school hotal 6 Style....

B- 4032..... BEWARE Love the area and convenience of the location. Our room was extremely disappointing. You can tell that the management needs to be update their rooms and make sure everything works for the quest that are paying good money to stay there. I have stayed in other units and been totally satisfied, so it appears to be a room by room issue.

Requested first floor for my elderly mother got 3rd floor when we entered the condo drapes laying all over the floor walls filthy half the light bulbs were burn out floor extremely sticky place was a shambles.

What we liked the most was being able to have two families stay in the same location at an affordable price, rather than in a hotel setting which would have been more expensive. Also having a full kitchen and living room, plus two bathrooms was great.

What the heck

When first entering the room most of the lights in the main entry didn’t work. Those that did blew the breaker after a couple of minutes. The ac did not work. When trying to confront the front desk person we were informed that all they did was check people in. They wouldn’t even contact a maintenance person. We had to and even then it wasn’t until the following day. Once we spoke with someone they advised that a maintenance person would be out to check it and no one showed up. The person we were originally asked to contact was not in when we called the number. He reached out the day we checked out and we’re on our way home. However, he informed us that we would be getting a refund but now we have to wait on the booking agent to either be able to speak with him or the management as when the property was contacted by the booking agent the gentleman that informed us of a refund had already left for the day.

Even when I did like the place where I stayed, because it was pretty big, nice and comfy, I have to say the maintenance wasn't. The first day I tried to sleep, the bed just fall down in the middle of the night, I called the office for help and nobody showed, plus they charge a different amount form the reservation on my card.

Loved the location. The unit needs a lot of TLC. Several lights were not working, the bathroom towel rack was broke. Couldnt find the kitchen sink stopper. It really needs some deep cleaning. Needs to be painting and updated.

Nice place

It’s an amazing stay. The property is very convenient to restaurant and places of interest. The washer/dryer is broken but other than that i would recommend this to a huge family who are planning to cook their own food while staying in the hotel.

The cabin was worth it

We ended up staying in the cabin not the condominium. After booking ours day I noticed a lot of negative reviews most of them were due to the condominiums none of them were actually talking about the cabin. The cabin was well worth this day it was nice clean and the beds were great. A lot more room than we expected for the price. There were a few lights that weren’t working but nothing that would hinder our trip or stay. It was all around a nice experience in the cabin. I would agree with the rest of the post that it’s kind of misleading That there is no office on site. You do have to check in at the quality Inn next-door not terrible but a little inconveniencing when you don’t know where you’re going. Luckily for me I had read the reviews and knew exactly what to do. The pool was a little smaller than I thought it was gonna be but it was perfect for my daughter. Will stay again

This place was fabulous for our quick stop in Gatlinburg! Awesome location! It was a quick few steps to get to the main strip for shopping, restaurants, exploring, and a few quick steps back to the condo where it’s quiet! Two balconies provide a great view of the mountains. We didn’t have any communication with the owner but that wasn’t a bad thing. It just means everything was perfect and there was no need for any. Amenities were great and condo was clean. Would look to stay here again if coming to the area!
