Beautiful view of the mountains. Peaceful and quiet location, very clean and secure. Had many supplies already to get us started which was very helpful! Hosts were very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this property, especially because it was a short enough drive to get to all the main attractions, but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet!

We stayed at this property recently and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the space itself was quite spacious and clean, which made it comfortable for our stay.However, there were a few issues that impacted our experience. We noticed signs of water damage, and one of the mirrored doors was broken, which made the unit feel a bit worn and in need of maintenance. Additionally, it lacked some basic amenities we typically expect, such as tissues, hand soap, and conditioner.While the property advertises a community pool and hot tub, unfortunately, these amenities were not open during our stay, which was disappointing.Although the condo is relatively close to town in terms of distance, the drive in and out was more challenging than expected. The road is very winding, and it consistently took about 30 minutes each way, which added extra time to our daily plans.Overall, it served its purpose for our trip, but not a place we would choose to stay at again.

We lived our stay at this property. If there was any negative, it would be the smell of the comforter on the king bed upstairs. It had a smell as if it has not been washed in weeks. Everything else was grear.

Just what we needed

Property was as expected. And worked perfectly for us. Communication with Justin was beyond excellent. There were a few issues we noticed when we arrived but nothing that affected our stay. Communicated it to Justin and he offered to send someone out right away but it was not necessary.

Great Location

We liked our stay at the Chalet. It was a family vacation during one of the busier weeks and we liked the location because you can take the bypass to miss traffic. We had a water leak in the ceiling while we were there. The owners were responsive on getting someone in to look at it.

Fantastic views & extremely clean

The views from this property are absolutely amazing. Without a doubt, the best views of the Smoky Mountains I have ever seen. The property was extremely clean, and well maintained. The property staff were extremely prompt in communication, and providing valuable details on the local area. Being a frequent traveler, this is the very best rental property I have ever stayed in hands-down.

Quite Area

The property is exactly as listed. However, the pictures have been edited. The lighting was dim, not white and crisp as shown. The windows were dirty, the beds all need to be replaced. The property unit needs to be UPDATED. The property was very spacious and layed out well. The parking lot NEEDS MORE LIGHTING. Beware of BEARS! The area is super quite and close to everything Gatlinburg! Great location!

Excellent place for Mountain View

The condo is excellent for tourists. It is clean and equipped with all necessary appliances. Beautiful location and great place for a big family to stay!

The location is absolutely gorgeous, nestled in the mountain peaks. The condo was lovely; our kids (ages 2-5) had a great time and had plenty of space to sleep and play. We loved having three big beds and separate bathrooms. All in all, highly recommend!

Daughter’s 18th birthday getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The host was amazing, very easy to stay in contact with. He always kept us updated to the check in process, and it was so easy. We got there checked in, and got right in to the cabin no problems whatsoever. It was a beautiful cabin, with so much room. Great atmosphere, great location, and pretty easy to get to. Not far from the main Gatlinburg strip. We will definitely stay here again in the near future. I suggest this place to anyone who is looking for a beautiful not to expensive place to relax at in Gatlinburg Tennessee.
