Clean, Cozy and Full of Smoky Mountain Magic!

We had an incredible stay in the Smoky Mountains! The condo is perched high up on the mountain and offers absolutely stunning views—even from the bottom floor. The drive up was surprisingly easy, even in our minivan, and the location couldn’t have been better.Inside, the condo had a cozy, cabin-like feel and was exceptionally clean. The beds were super comfortable, and everything felt warm and inviting. The kids especially loved the game room and had a blast in the small but refreshing pool.We saw bears multiple times right from our balcony and windows, and there were lots of adorable bunnies hopping around the property—which our kids loved!The owner was very communicative and quick to respond, though we had zero issues during our stay. For the price, this place is an absolute gem. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Mountain Retreat

Property owner was responsive and provided incredibly detailed instructions and directions to condo. Condo was in immaculate condition when we arrived. VRBO description was spot on. We even saw a black bear each day of our visit. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful!

Very clean, family friendly stay! We saw not one but two bears from the comfort (and safe distance) from the porch! The grounds of the property were also nice and the pool was very refreshing after a day exploring the trails. The kitchen was great for preparing meals (loved the deep sink!). All in all, 5 stars!

Spectacular View

This chalet was just what we were looking for. Perfect for a couples or a small family. Karen made the check in process seamless and the directions were spot on. We have been coming to this area for over 20 years and this was one of the best views we’ve experienced. Highly recommend!

Mornings above the clouds

This was such a a beautiful spot for a cozy Christmas vacation. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. My daughter almost didn't believe me when I told her there was a sea of clouds the first morning we were there and was in awe of the view.

Best Communication

The welcome email had all of the details that we would need for our stay. The directions were very helpful and easy to follow. We came in when it was dark so her directions were much better than the gps directions we followed the next day when it was light. Any questions I had were promptly answered and problems resolved with a simple text. The views were stunning. It was a quiet property with ample room for me and my two teenage boys.

Mountain Vacation

The ride up and down the mountain is a bit crazy with the winding road, but you do get used to it if your drive into town daily. We were sitting on the patio drinking coffee and watching a beautiful sunrise and a bear family came out of the woods and crossed the yard a few feet in front of us.

Perfect mountain stay

We loved our time here so much. It was the perfect place to truly be in the mountains. Beautiful views and we got a visit from a mama bear with 2 cubs. We were able to get Beautiful pictures of them from the safety of the windows. Mama came right up to the windows and porch to check us out as the cubs wrestled.. it really just put the trip over the top for us, to be able to have that experience and i dont rhink we would have gotten that if we had stayed elsewhere. The owners were great about communication. The condo is very nice and super comfortable. Try to come up the mountain for the first time during the daylight. After a couple of trips, it wasnt as intimidating lol. We are hikers and enjoyed the many trails the smokys has to offer while here.

Condo needs an upgrade. Carpet needs replaced or a very good cleaning. Just needs an overall good cleansing and update. Upstairs neighbors were very load and stomped around all night making it very hard to sleep.

Decent Little Condo

We enjoyed our stay ay Karen's condo. It was very clean and had everything we need for a long weekend trip. The beds were comfortable and the view was very pretty. The drive up is quite the trek but location wise it was convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Only negative was the people in the condo above were fairly noisy. Not sure if they were permanent residents or just renting as well. Overall we would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was perfect in every way. The place was clean, comfortable, safe and came with a great view! We enjoyed patio sunrises and sunsets, cooking in, hot tub and sauna, mama bear and 2 cubs sighting, and the overall quietness of the area. The road up and down was not a problem and there was little traffic in the area, unlike the city traffic we encountered. It was easy to get to the park or Gatlinburg in a matter of minutes.

We stayed for a whole week and enjoyed it so much. Exactly what you see in the pictures is what you get. The view is beautiful and the condo was very clean and well appointed. Beautiful View

We loved staying here. The views are amazing, whether you’re driving the mountain road or sitting on the balcony. We saw bears everyday! The condo is clean and well kept in a quiet area. Karen is an amazing host! She is very quick to respond and very kind. We will be going back for sure! Thank you Karen for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Condo with wonderful views

The only faults found was the shower liner curtain was dirty stinky and ceiling light and fan were dirty. Other than that, overall 5 Stars! Definitely recommend!

Amazing Vacation

First, we were given excellent directions in regards to the best roads to take up the mountain! Very grateful for this as is saved wear and tear on our vehicle. Second, condo was very clean, plenty of extra linens and fully stocked with needed kitchen items for cooking! Finally, the views from the back patio are incredible. We saw bears several times, sunrises and sunsets. The view is indescribable! We had an amazing vacation and enjoyed staying at this property very much!
