Definitely expect to be on top of a mountain! We were very thankful for no ice during our stay. Condo was overall ok but lacked a few things such as there was no light in the main bedroom only a table lamp & the guest room had no clothes storage. The door to get onto the balcony was very hard to open.

We really did not have good views from the condo. Condo was very dated. Shower drain was loose and I was afraid of cutting my foot on the metal plate. I would never stay again at these condos. They need to update if they want return clientele. Stairs were a killer!

The view is not much like the one pictured if you go any time outside of winter as the trees block most of it. Over all, it’s a nice place to sleep but definitely not to hang out. We couldn’t get the living room TV to work and even after contacting the host we never heard anything back about it. There was quite the mosquito infestation, we had over 50 bites between 3 of us. We were given the wrong code for the pool and game room area, never got in touch with the host after multiple attempts on our end of reaching out. Eventually ran into someone outside and they gave us the correct code. Everything is very out dated. Also, if you are comfortable driving the mountain roads and want the higher altitude, this is for you! lol if you are not a fan of the narrow roads with intense incline this may not be it.

Not exactly as advertised

Overall, this was only okay (reasons below):-We did not get the check-in email from the owner or VRBO. I waited for a couple of hours after the check-in time and messaged the owner. He told me that it was sent and was very irritated that I asked in the first place. i told him that I received and email from VRBO the day of check-in that I would receive it. He said that it was not his problem and reluctantly sent it to me.-We could not find the properties door. The address was for the location of the condo itself, not the door. It was difficult to find the property at night.-There is no washer and dryer in the condo itself, you have to go to another floor and pay. This should state that on the listing. That was a huge problem once we got there.-The patio door and the sliding door to the balcony were both broken and damaged. The sliding door wouldn't even lock properly. When I messaged the owner, he responded that it will get fixed after the peak season. What? I just told you that both doors are not secure and you won't come out and fix it. Very unsettling and unsafe for our family.-Most of the décor was outdated and blinds were either broken or missing.-There were 4 remotes for the main tv, some missing backs of remotes and most had missing batteries. I messaged the owner about it and he said that he will have someone address it when we leave. Really? Be aware, owner was not willing to take any responsibility for their property and not willing to fix anything onsite

I waited 3 weeks to post this review hoping the host would do what he said and credit my discount he promised. Upon arriving at the condo you will notice that the building is a bit run down. The view is terrible and if you are looking for a sunrise or a sunset or any type of glorious Mountain View, you will not find it here. The a/c unit was not working at all. Took a while to contact the host. We had to sleep with the windows all open the entire time which made us sick. The host informed us the next day that the a/c would be out the whole time. He stated that if we chose to say that he would refund a portion of the stay. I have waited 3 weeks and tried contacting him several times to no avail. The shower head was busted and only worked on massage. The blinds were broken in several,places and the host was informed about this from the beginning. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to stay where the host is actually nice and the condo is higher quality. It was the only bad stay and experience I have ever had in the mountains. May you never have the terrible experience we had…..

Very poor quality condo.

Old worn out property/condo. Main bathtube/shower floor sinking. carpet old worn out,matted, stained and smelly.bed mattress old worn out. Sinking in the middle..deteriorating patio.poorly cleaned condo. there was a nasty sponge mop in the closet. I bought my own cleaning supplies. WiFi was good. We made the best out of it but completely disappointed. We are NOT overacting. It is OLD and Worn out. balcony
