Great location for our New Year Family Trip

Great location. Property as described. The condo was perfect for trips to the national park, downtown Gatlinburg. It took us about 20 minutes to get to Dollywood. The condo was very nice and clean! We loved the fireplace as well. Will stay again!

Needs more attention to detail.

Property was okay but cleaners left behind debris, shower hot and cold mislabeled, drapery was inadequate for opening size, smoke detector battery was chirping, a lot of little things. Property description needs to better describe location and road leading to property. Property in general is being managed to maximize cash to owner and not for guest experience.

My family and I loved our stay at Ober the moon. It felt like home away from home..very cozy and and clean. I definitely recommended to anyone looking for the comfort of home and on the road. We're already planning our next visit.

Friendly and clean. Caution!! Have healthy tires. Steep/narrow inclines. bald tires will not work.

Overall this condo was more than acceptable and fairly priced. Just a few things that could be better. Pros Owners were very clear and responsive and gave you all the info you needed. 2 bathrooms next to each bedroom (perfect for 2 couples) Updated Roku TVs in all rooms Kitchen had everything you needed, fridge cold WiFi worked well for being in the mountains Central air/heat that actually works Nice large back porch Clean towels Extra blankets/pillows Board games for family Cons *(Comes with the territory) Roads have no guardrails and major drop-offs. A little bigger warning for those who may have trouble seeing or those not as competent with driving. *No ceilings fans (even at correct temp, got stuffy) *Neighbor depending: prepare to have possible commotion (especially during summer) *May need to rid a small tree for better view Thin walls, could hear neighbors at 2am (were just having fun) *(Off season) Not many places like trails or anything to go and burn energy without driving 10min. Roads too dangerous to walk on. *Main TV was a little high (not much they can do with the design of the condo) Pros/Cons only to help those staying to prep a bit better and for owners to continue to develop their property. Overall this was a nice place to stay and I was not disappointed. They have a welcome book that explains where everything is and some recommendations. 3/5 for offseason. 4/5 in summer.

Very nice

Property description precise. Clean when arrived. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. Quite location away from Gatlinburg but close that a short drive gets you to the attractions. We enjoyed our stay. Would rent again in the future.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful week and the property was perfect for our family of 4. We saw 12 bears during our stay, most of them were right in the parking lot, and 1 even ventured up to the front door. The 3 pools were nice to relax in after a day of hiking in the national park. We loved the mountains and will definitely return in the future. Thanks for a great place to stay for our family.
