Customer Service, not good.

Great location and house. Comfortable for 6 adults and 6 kids. Unless adults like bunk beds. Kitchen not fully equipped. Cheap utensils and not many pots and pans. Couldn’t check in early even though cleaners were done. Given wrong code for check in, messed around for 20 minutes with that. Wrong info on WiFi provided and had to contact for that too. Then a pair of earrings was left (not lost- knew exact place) requested to be mailed to me and they stated it would cost 25 plus shipping which I said that was fine, just wanted back. For a whole week I got the same response, we are waiting to hear from cleaning crew and they sent messages each time, but never heard back from them. If they weren’t going to return them then they should have the decency to say so and not string me along. Basic customer service there. My guess, cleaning crew stole and kept for themselves. Yes, my mistake forgetting them, but I agree to pay for them to be retrieved and sent back. The house was nice and location was good but customer service through the whole process kind of sucked. I hope owners realize the company they chose to manage their property is not good.

Great location!

We enjoyed our time at this property. Having the swim spa was an extra treat, everything was clean and the view from the porch was beautiful. We saw several bears around the property which was exciting. Unfortunately the lower A/C wasn’t cooling effectively while we were there but good communication with our hosts kept us informed of service visits. Location was central to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and easy to get into the Smokies for hiking. More pots/cooking utensils would be preferred but minor overall. We would stay again.

Amazing view!

PROS: The view was amazing! Very clean house. Great communication with the owner, they responded very quickly when I reached out. Beds were comfortable! Game room and hot tub and pool were super clean and fun! Each TV had a fire stick, all worked perfectly CONS Its all hard wood all over, top to bottom, so when running the washer and/or dryer, its hard to hear the TV or have a conversation in the living room without having to raise your voice. Missing a few minor things that would have made the stay a little more comfortable. Spices to cook with, hand soap, a few pans where the non-stick worked. Nothing majorly wrong with this property honestly. That view is amazing and lets be honest...you are there to enjoy time away and going into town. Just a few minor things/additions would have been nice. I don't regret renting it at all!

Beautiful property

Our kids and teens loved the swim spa and video games. We saw bears every day! The view from the property is phenomenal. I recommend bringing additional towels as only one per guest is provided (and only two kitchen towels). Also bring Keurig pods as they are not provided. Management was very responsive when we reported problems.

Does not meet expectations

I was disappointed, to be frank. I chose not to book this cabin at first, due to the high price point compared to others in the area. The view and amenities sold me and my wife, so we ended up booking. The view was the only thing that held up to the images. Your shuffleboard is not usable. The shuffleboard weights are so worn down they would literally damage the table if they were used, worn past the metal. Your pool table has a leg that is kicked out, both unsafe with three kids and also.. a pool table should be balanced, I doubt that would be balanced. The pool spa downstairs has multiple jets missing, one found at the bottom upon arrival, the other left out by the last renters. If this is a known issue, why is it not fixed? Your deck up top has boards sticking up, not secured properly, a safety issue again. A big one here.. your rugs. This was crazy. Every rug was up at the corners. I could see where you had laid tape down trying to secure them to no avail. I appreciate that effort, but that was a massive tripping hazard throughout the trip for not just the children but for us as well, another safety issue. The powered reclining couch.. it doesn’t work? The far left side works, but as you use it it buckles. The right side near the wall, does not work at all. The kitchen table chairs literally have bent legs, waiting to collapse one way or the other, yet another safety issue. I honestly and unfortunately can go on, and on. Some complaints are minuscule and can be looked over, nothing will be perfect. I rented a private cabin for over three thousand dollars. At that price point, I expect excellence. I do not think I am wrong in that expectation. It felt like you built a top tier cabin and filled it with the cheapest stuff you could find. I understand there is wear and tear with a rental, but most of my complaints are safety related, and safety is of paramount importance with any vacation rental.

Highly recommend

We had the best stay. I definitely consider this cabin one of the best I have stayed at. There was something to entertain all ages. We even got to get close to bears at the bottom of the hill. Management responded right away. The pool/spa was amazing.

Highest view of Natl Park!

Higher up than almost any light in the night sky made us feel above the clouds. My folks were in their eighties and loved the ramp into the main floor with the hot tub just outside. My 12 yr old son and husband loved playing pool and classic arcade in the basement. I loved the pool next to the fire pit at night. You definitely need to not be afraid of heights to drive up the mountain to the cabin. Perfect location halfway between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Woke up each morning looking right at the Natl Park mountain sunrise.
