The view

The view was breathtaking, specially at night. We loved to have breakfast at the balconies and enjoy a nice tea or coffee at night. Our males loved and enjoyed the game area.

As the description and name of the house says, “Sensational View”. Drive up to the house doesn’t seem that long nor high until you reach the top and oh my, so beautiful!! Will was also very responsive and that’s always a plus! Look forward to staying here again!

Stunning views! The house was perfect for our group ages 2-60’s. We met James upon arrival who was so kind to tell us some details about the property! The space was awesome and the views are unbeatable! There is some wear and tear expected on a rental, but nothing that caused us any issues. Will was great to work with and very responsive to any questions and feedback I had. We had daily guests (bears) which is not something we’ve experienced at other cabins! Make sure to lock your car doors as one tried to open one door on each car! We will definitely stay again!

Cabin view was beautiful! Good location. Hot tub and relaxing on the balconies was perfect! Getting up the driveway is a bit sketchy. We saw bears daily. Dryer does not dry well, bathtubs on 2nd level do not drain well. There were several damages in walls/doors when we arrived. One of the trash lockers doesn’t lock, with 18 people in the house the 2 working lockers filled up quickly and then we had to clean up trash from the bears daily, since the 3rd locker doesn’t lock. Grill knob is broken, grill doesn’t light. Over all a great stay just minor inconveniences.

The view really is amazing. The cabin is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. It’s just a couple of minutes from center of gatlinburg but it still feels remote and peaceful. We saw the family of bears patrolling the area everyday. We had a couple of issues with hot water and internet, but the host was ready to help us right away to get the issues resolved. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. Everything was wonderful, and the home and pictures are exactly as pictured. Very clean and plenty of space for everyone. The rooms are large and we had plenty of space for our group of 10 adults. The penthouse is beautiful with incredible views. The view of Gatlinburg at night is breathtaking. The whole mountain is lit up like hundreds of fireflies. I have stayed at different rentals each year for the past 7 years and this is by far the best. The drive up is a little windy but not bad. The turn into the driveway is a little tricky, but once you master it it's easy. We saw bears every day, including a mom and 3 cubs who came to visit regularly. Keep car doors locked and free from food. They liked to stand up against the car and look in the car for food....big prints on the car. We absolutely loved our visit and will definitely return.

The home is absolutely lovely! The kitchen is fairly equipped with dishes and utensils to make cooking easy. Our only recommendation is to add dish rags/towels and scissors. Nonetheless, we truly appreciated the detail and thought that went into stocking the kitchen with the necessary cookware and tupperware! The rooms/bathrooms were nice and tidy and the penthouse was stunning! Overall we had plenty of towels for to use for the shower and hot tub. The view is amazing...from practically every room. The property is up so high, we joked about how close to God we were. Not only that, we saw our first bear on the property shortly after arriving and had a few more sightings during our stay. The location is great too! We were close (less than 10 minutes) to the local grocery store, aquarium, shops and 20ish minutes (mostly due to traffic) away from the national park, Wonderworks, and the island in Pigeon Forge. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again.

Fun trip and awesome house!

Overall, we enjoyed staying at this house. There were minor issues such as hinges of doors, doorknobs, and some bathroom fixtures that needed to be tightened, but the good definitely outweighed all of this. Great place and awesome view! We saw bears every day and even had a pack of coyote howling in the woods at night.

Great for a girls trip!

This cabin has it all! would highly recommend for the location and view, can park 4 cars in the driveway easily, hot tub is great, and beds were comfy. Had some cleanliness concerns mostly in the 3rd floor master, general dustiness in corners or windows including dead bugs. Needed more trash bags, paper towels, and there was no dish washer pods/ soap available, just a heads up to the next group. thanks for a wonderful stay!

Amazing View!!!

This home is beautiful and the view is absolutely indescribable. We had a wonderful time with family there. My sister's boyfriend proposed to her on Christmas Eve beside the Christmas tree in front of the spectacular view! Lots of great family memories were made!! Would highly recommend this home!!

I’ve been going to Gatlinburg 45yrs. This is the most amazing view you can imagine! Communication with host was great! Be careful of the driveway. Stay as far left close to house when turning in. Some of us found it better to pull past it then back up. There are black bear here. Everyday. Do keep all doors locked in house including decks. Keep any scented items of any kind and food out of vehicles including coolers anywhere other than inside house. Keep car doors locked.They can open doors.
