It was the perfect property for our family reunion. We absolutely loved the space and amenities for the property. Because it is in the hills, be prepared for tighter turns on the road coming and going from the property.

The chalet was perfect for our family of 16 to enjoy a week long vacation! The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals and plenty of seating for us to eat together. Having an en suite bathroom in each bedroom was very nice. Bedrooms were large, beds were comfy. We also spent lots of time on the covered back deck and utilized the grill available. The location is close to everything yet far enough away that you are able to enjoy a secluded mountain getaway!

The Chalet was clean and kitchen well stocked. Slight issue with a few things (from a previous renter) but owner responded immediately. We had a visit from a bear so everyone was slightly concerned about going outside, but it was entertaining watching the bear walk around. We had a large group with elderly people so could have used a little more comfortable seating, but the house was lovely.

Sibling retreat

We had plenty of space for our group of 13. Every room had an en suite bathroom which was perfect. The common areas, kitchen great room we spacious and allowed us plenty of space to play games and cook meals. We had a very nice stay.

Simply Amazing!

Our once a year family vacation. Ten adults. Plenty of private space for everyone. Plenty of community space for meals. Very comfortable. Kitchen had all necessary supplies for cooking. Two decks with beautiful views of the mountains.

Great property for families. Plenty of room for our party of 10. Kids loved the game room; adults loved the huge table to gather for meals and games. Large, well stocked kitchen. Nice outdoor space. Everyone liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Greg, the owner was great to deal with; responded quickly when I had any questions. Would have like to have more of a view but overall this is a 5 star review

Family reunion

Well furnished and supplied for a family reunion. Hot tub and pool table were great to have with all ages. The roads to get there were a little challenging with multiple turns, but doable. Close to downtown Gatlinburg, mountain hiking and a short ride to Pigeon Forge. All in all a good time.

Marriage Retreat

Property was nice. The amenities met expectation. Exhaust fans need to be clean since we're charged a cleaning fee. Asking that the dishes be washed and put away is unusual. Putting dishes away by the cleaning crew should be included in the cleaning fee. With all that said, I would stay again.

Beautiful View

House was very clean and spacious. We took our family on a Thanksgiving Mountain vacation as a Christmas present and the house did not disappoint. Each couple had their own room and the grandchildren shared the two rooms downstairs. The six bathrooms were a life saver getting us all ready and out the door in a timely manner and we never ran out of hot water! The kitchen is well stocked and the den is roomy and comfortable. The drive up to the house was scary for people from the “Lowcountry” of SC but it got a little easier the more we drove it. The driveway was also tricky but if you turn in the drive to the left to enter it’s a little less scary. I would highly recommend this house for a large group. We even saw a black bear up close in the driveway. The only thing that would make this house better is to put a couch downstairs in the game room. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with my family. Truly a vacation to remember!!

Friendsgiving getaway 2023

We just spent the weekend in Gatlinburg in this Ski View cabin and we loved it. Our party included 11adults-4 couples and 3 singles. Every one had there own room and bathroom which was perfect. The open living space was perfect for our large group and the table sat all 11 of us for dinner. The driveway is steep and can at first seem overwhelming but it circles the house which is so convenient. We truly loved this cabin. Well equipped with everything you need for the kitchen. The appliances were new and worked flawlessly. Plenty of dishes/pots/pans-it really did have it all. Lots of fun and relaxation was had. Highly recommend the cabin and the owner. This is a perfect house for a large group. We will definitely be back. Go and enjoy!

Wonderful home for large family get together

This property is beautiful. It was perfect for our large family. The table in the common area was large enough for all to sit around to eat, laugh and play games. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pans and utensils for cooking. There were 4 coffee makers, a crock pot, blender and toaster. The refrigerator/freezer was large and provided plenty of ice. The stove and oven were large enough to cook for our dozen adults. The bedrooms were all en-suite so each couple had their own bathroom. Lots of privacy and lots of public areas as well. The chalet was clean and modern. The wood burning fireplace was beautiful and plenty of wood was provided. The host answered any and all questions. We can’t say enough good things about this home and the area!

We have come to the Smoky Mountains for years. This home is the absolute best fit for our family. Lots of room and the only place that has a table where all 11 of us can eat together. This is the best vacation yet! Thank you for a wonderful family week!
