We had trouble with the fire pit, it wouldn't stay on after lit. We followed the directions best I can tell, but we were never successful. Everything else in the house was top notch!

This cabin is the place to go if you are looking for a cabin with all the essentials you need and a quiet place to relax. We had an excellent time while there and the cabin had everything we needed for the four couples that went on our trip. While cooking in this cabin, the owners thought of everything, and we did not need anything other than the food. We had a great time, and I strongly recommend renting this cabin. We will be back soon in the near future!

Really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. The views were amazing and the entire cabin was well stocked with anything we needed. We did experience some small difficulties with the cable service at the beginning of our stay, but the hosts were very responsive and fixed it for us as soon as possible. Highly recommend!

The cabin is absolutely lovely with stunning views. The house is so well equipped with everything you could need from kitchen appliances, pots and pans, utensils and tools, to a hair dryer, soaps and shampoos and plentiful towels in the bathroom. The game room/movie theater is wonderful with so much to do and the hot tub was clean and hot when we arrived. Having been a VRBO owner and having stayed many places, I can say that I have never experienced a better equipped or cleaner home or a better management team. Everything was stellar!

The cabin was very nice! Completely and fully equipped kitchen!! We cook our meals and i had everything needed and more! Towels were very nice! Beds super comfy! Fire pit on deck was cozy! Theater seats were awesome and the big pillow/big bean bag was comfy! Game tables were nice! Would recommend to recover the pool table. Plenty of seating at kitchen table and on the decks! Had a great time! Thanks for the quick responses when messaging! Would recommend this cabin!

I have stayed in many a VRBO and this was by far the most well thought out, most beautiful view, most comfortable, I have ever stayed in. The kitchen is as well stocked as any home. So many cabins feel tired. Not this one. It was bright, yet homey. We appreciated the instructions by every device. We appreciated the labels on light switches so we weren't fidgeting in the dark. We appreciated big tables for all of us to dine together. We appreciated the fun downstairs that also would have worked for a younger crowd. Our host kept in constant touch with us even with the mudslide the week before our arrival and then the government shutdown the week of. We would definitely go back here (though we are curious now about the other heavens cabins).

We had a great time while we were there and even saw a bear at the bottom of the driveway while we were in the house. Everyone was great and the drive to the house was exciting as you turned up the mountain. The kitchen was perfectly supplied with things we needed. The only thing was the arrangement of the furniture in the livingroom compared to the position of the TV. It was alittle awkward but we made it work. Thanks for hosting us and if we ever come back to Tennessee we will definitely stay again.

Absolutely great place to stay! Gorgeous house. Beautiful views. Kitchen has everything you need. The deck is perfect. We loved the hot tub. We played lots of games at the dining room table. Definitely will be back!
