Our group of 5 couples all gave the chalet a thumbs up! Beds super comfy… layout provided privacy.. nice views.. large hot tub… everything was stocked…were able to park 5 cars. Enjoyed our stay!

The house was really nice. It did have a few “flaws” for it being such a new house (fan not working and a bathroom door knob was broken). Those small details didn’t keep us from having a blast and enjoying this beautiful home with a beautiful view. The host was quick to respond to all messages, too. We will definitely rent this house again. Loved it!

Extremely clean. Perfect place to stay for 5 or 6 couples. Loved hot tub, outdoor fireplaces and game room. Questions answered in timely manner. Plenty of parking for our 5 cars. Driving on winding roads to get to cabin was challenging esp at night but doable. Would highly recommend.

The house was beautiful, and the views were amazing. The bedrooms were great, and the beds were so comfortable. the two refrigerators, two sinks and two dishwashers were fantastic. The only thing missing was a tv outdoors to watch the football games while hanging out in the pool. we had a great time and definitely want to go back!

Incredible

This cabin was beyond AMAZING! We rented the cabin to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday with family and friends. Everyone in the group had nothing but great things to say about the cabin. The cabin was spacious, incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was truly, fully stocked. The first level living area was a great space to relax and enjoy conversations. And then when we were ready to have some fun, the lower level was the perfect spot to do that! We enjoyed being able to choose from playing pool, shuffleboard, card games on the large poker table and enjoying retro video games. The swim spa/hot tub was a great nite cap spot. The location of the cabin provided short travel distance to either downtown Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. This was hands down the best lodging rental that we have ever booked. The group was so impressed that we have already started making plans to come back to this same unit on a yearly basis. Kudos to the owners for creating such a great experience!

The stay was good overall. However, there were quite a few spider webs on the deck near the spa all over the place as if it had never been cleaned out there. Also, having a TV outside in the same area would have been a great addition-it felt like the only thing missing.

Amazing Cabin and amenities

Wonderful cabin and host. We were there for a three day weekend and enjoyed every bit of the cabin. If you go with a big group, you'll really not want to leave the cabin. It is set up for activities and games. The kitchen has two of everything making it perfect for big groups. If you get a private chef one night, I would reach out to chef camille from CDK services. She did an amazing job. Only thing was the arcade game downstairs was not working which some people on the trip really wanted to use.

Beautiful Home

This house is wonderful! Our extended family of 9 adults spent 6 nights at this home and having 6 master suites was a home run. Everyone was able to have their privacy. There was plenty of room for people to spend time together or apart. We loved the upper deck with fire pit and beautiful views. There was even a mama bear with 2 cubs who came to visit one evening. One small issue came up and the owner attended to it within hours. We have been using Vrbo and Airbnb for 8 years now and this is one of the nicer ones. The only thing that could be improved upon is having some more essentials like dish soap, washing detergent, salt and pepper and basic ingredients.

Amazing property, lots to do, beautiful area!

This home is beautiful and in a great location for lots to do in the area; we had an amazing time and would love to come back (soon)! I have done a lot of cabins in the Pigeon Forge / Sevierville / Smoky Mountain area and this was a tier-1 experience!

Amazing!!!!!

We booked this trip to gather our big kids, their significant others plus a 7 yr old together for some quality family time. The house is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, amazing views, exceptionally clean and organized. The hot tub/pool (not sure what to call it) was a big hit every evening. Every detail made our stay feel like a luxury resort. Communication was easy and information given by the owners was appreciated. While exploring the Smoky Mountains and Gatlinburg was wonderful…having such an amazing space to cook, watch movies, play games and just be together was probably our best memories!

Absolutely perfect!

From the moment we pulled in the expansive,level driveway, we could tell this stay would be perfect! The living space is spacious, tasteful, and inviting! Our family spread out comfortably on all three levels (private suites were amazing!) with space for all. We spent most of our time on the main level deck with the firepit and ate every meal at the expansive outdoor table. I cannot think of a better stay we have had away from home. Our family will absolutely ONLY book Cloud9 rentals when we go back to Gatlinburg!

Great house, disappointing hot tub

We really enjoyed the property. Everything worked out great with the exception of the hot tub. We were warned by the spa technician as we arrived and then reminded by the owners/property manager about the clarity of the water in the spa. Regardless of the explanation, no one wanted to get into the spa. I, nor anyone else could ever recall a hot tub in the smokies with water clarity issues. All properties we have stayed at over a twenty+ year period operated on well water and had no issues. This was the reason we were told for the water quality in the spa. I’m not saying that isn’t true. I am saying that the aesthetics certainly kept everyone out as they were skeptical since everyone had prior experience at other properties that operated from well water with no issues. I’m going to say that the hot tub issue was a one time thing. Judging by the quality of the house and how everything was kept and laid out, I wouldn’t expect it to be a lingering issue. Overall, we would visit again and recommend to others.

Gorgeous cabin w/so much to keep whole family entertained!

The cabin is absolutely gorgeous! We loved the game room - so much to do - our teens had a blast, great movie viewing space, both decks gave great outdoor space with hot tub and fire pits, and we loved the beautiful views from both decks and even from the interiour thru the huge windows on the main and upper levels. Communication with the owner was great. We loved it all!

Amazing!

The property was in a great location, providing great access to many local attractions. The house was large enough to handle our large family. There was enough space for us gather together to play games and watch tv. The kitchen was well equipped, seeing that we cooked every day. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and the decor on point. We absolutely loved the house. Communucation with host outstanding well. We're looking forward to coming back!

Impressive

This was an annual girls trip get away. I was blown away about how clean the house was. The house look JUST like the pictures . This can be rare for rentals. Would absolutely recommend this house to anyone. It was next level.
