Hot tub was fantastic. Lots of jets and large enough to fit a 6'4 300lb bodybuilder. Giant TV on wheels was great to move around depending on where you were sitting. The cabin has everything you could possibly need during your stay. We will definitely be returning for many more stays.

Pros: - Cabin was very clean. - Communication leading up to our stay was great. - Check in and Check out were seamless.Cons: - Hot tub head rests have mold on them (guest journal indicates this has been an ongoing issue since 2023) - Hot tub is semi-private, with views directly from the road (so false advertising) - Fireplace does not work and owner ignored multiple requests to send someone to turn the pilot on. - blinds are broken and remotes to DVD player do not work. - Bath robes and towels are old, worn and scratchy.Overall - It's a nice cabin with a lot of promise, but overpriced for the value. Journal entries and other negative online review indicates issues have been ongoing. Consider somewhere else for the price.*Regarding the fireplace, the owner initially responded by sending us a YouTube video to light the pilot light, but that felt like too much liability. He ignored our requests to send someone to fix it and did not reply to our request for a partial refund since we could not use it.

Beautiful place with an outstanding view! The place was as described but words do not accurately describe how beautiful and spacious this cabin is. It was well stocked and the hosts made sure we knew they were just a message away if needed. The view of the mountainside was outstanding. The place was easy to find and quiet, which we find important. I will certainly be booking again in the future!

A wonderful getaway

Before we arrived we had plans of doing as much of the touristy things that Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge had to offer (using the cabin as a scenic home base). Once we arrived, we changed those plans to maximize our stay in the cabin. We still did some touristy things during the day, but we just loved spending time lounging around the cabin. We went to Food City for supplies and cooked all our meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Serene mornings on the porch watching the mountain change with the moving clouds. Listening to the birds and bugs. Warm but tolerable evenings doing the same. There was a TV and we didn't turn it on once! At the end of four nights, we didn't want to leave! The owners Payton, Jenessa, and Amber were very helpful in their communications with us before, during, and after our stay. The app they've made has all the info you need for things to do in the area (with free stuff), details about your stay, and check-in/check-out procedures. Finally, although we didn't see any bears (or Bigfoot), the cabin is decorated with a bear motif. We made a game out of counting the number of bears, with the number increasing each time we did it! We ended up deciding on 80 bears. If you stay at the cabin, see if we missed any. If you are looking for a true getaway/vacation but want a "things to do" option as a backup, then this is the place for you. We highly recommend Mountain Comfort Cabins!

Slightly disappointed as the cabin didnt live up to the pictures posted. Hot tub pillows had mold on them, there was no gas grill as pictured, indoor jacuzzi was unable to be used as hot water didnt work, blinds were broken, just needs a definite update overall. Bed wasncomfortable, cabin was clean, we overall enjoyed our stay, but would have booked elsewhere for this price had we known the true condition of the amenities of the cabin.

The cabin is located at the top of a hill with a beautiful view of the mountains. Everything looked beautiful and smelled very clean. There was a nice amount of kitchen utensils and supplies with everything you need of staying in for dinner. Couldn’t have picked a nicer place to stay for a couple!

The property was gorgeous and very cozy. The views were beautiful. While being on a mountain with incredible views, everything was in close proximity to where we were staying so it made it very nice.
