By choosing to use the hot tub, BBQ, fireplace, and cooking stove provided at this property, the Guest agrees to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk: The use of these amenities is at the Guest’s own risk. The Host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may arise from their use.

Safety Compliance: Guests must adhere to their own safety precaution while using these amenities. This includes, but is not limited to, operating guidelines, maintenance practices, and emergency procedures.

Substance Use: The use of these amenities while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances is strictly prohibited. This rule is in place to ensure the safety of all Guests.

Supervision of Minors: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using or being near these amenities. The Host is not responsible for any injuries or accidents involving minors.

Guest Responsibility: Guests assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or accidents that occur while using these amenities. This includes any injury or damage to the Guest, other guests, or property.
