Scam!Be aware!The cabin is abandoned,dirty,filthy,in uninhabitable conditions,full of cobwebs,cockroaches,old food stuck to the floor,the microwave is dirty with spilled soup inside,the kitchen cabinets are covered in grease,there's hair in the bathrooms,under the beds it looked like it had never been cleaned,as soon as you enter,a smell of burnt grease greets you,the trash can was dirty with food spilled outside,the lighting was terrible,as if to mask all the dirt.The moment we arrived,we filmed everything and contacted the host,providing her with all the videos and photos,and informed her that we would be leaving the cabin immediately(we didn't even spend one night there)We requested a refund because I didn't pay to spend 7days in a dirty,disgusting cabin full of cobwebs and cockroaches,an uninhabitable cabin that needs to be shut down.She refused to give us a refund and claimed she could send someone to clean it.It was a huge scam,a terrible experience,and we lost our money.We filed a claim with Vrbo requesting our refund,In short,nobody protected our rights,we sadly lost our money,and VRBO,instead of giving us a credit on their website for future vacations for the amount of money the host scammed me out of,only offered to cover the transaction fees.My money didn't matter to anyone,and they gave me the solution that was most beneficial to them, considering that if I suffered a scam,that scam operated through Vrbo,and that's how this sad experience is coming to an end.
