The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the space was great for us and our dogs. Loved the Christmas tree and decorations!

The host was very welcoming. We decided to stay another night and was given a great rate. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of towels, blankets, and kitchen supplies. The Trolley has several stots close to this house

Gatlinburg getaway

This was the best overall rental we have stayed at in Gatlinburg. Fresh, clean, very well appointed, great location. We will definitely stay here again. Only thing lacking was washer and dryer in the unit.

Week in the mountains

We had a great time here. The property was as listed clean, convenient to town, and roomy. We would stay again. The only add would be nice if it had a washer and dryer. Otherwise loved it.

Great location and accommodations

The house is a lot bigger than we thought which was great. It's a short walk to food and fun and if you've brought your pet there's a field less than 40 yards to take them for walks. We'll definitely stay here on our next trip.

Cozy property colocated in Gatlinburg at walking distance to all attractions and restaurants. Great getaway and hidden gem. Really clean, cozy and pet friendly. Has all amenities that you would need. Do recommend this property.

Great location, slight walk to action

We loved everything about this rental. It was a short walk to the action of Gatlinburg (15 min walk with kids). We were close enough to everything we wanted to see & do. Short drive to The Great Smoky Mountains also. Great communication with rental company. East to contact via phone call or text.

Property was perfect for us

Cozy house, decorated nicely, parking right next to the door which was nice with all the coming and going to hike the Smoky's. It was close enough to everything downtown to walk to if you wish. Need to replace and add a few more towels for bath, and if you're a light sleeper there is a constant flow of work trucks in the am.

Family trip to Gatlinburg

Good location, slightly outside of the chaos of downtown. Large and comfortable rooms. Has everything you need. Very close to the road which was very loud. The unit definitely shows lived in. Carpet need a good shampoo. The bathroom walls need to be washed and the base bored throughout need to be wiped down.

Not happy about not having a washer and dryer

Place did not come with a washer and dryer when i booked it i didn't see where it said it didn't we was not happy having to go to laundry mat while on vacation took for ever to get extra towels and bath cloths for the money it cost there should have been a washer and dryer

Great location with a home feel

My fiancé and our took our dog to Piper’s Landing property for a long weekend in Gatlinburg. We loved the close proximity to the strip, walking to our destinations was usually faster than dealing with parking and traffic. The house was as advertised in the photos and perfect for our stay. Our favorite part was getting to hang on the second story balcony. My only complaint would be the water pressure in shower was very low.

Perfection in the Smokies

My husband and I absolutely loved this cozy rental. Right in Gatlinburg—close to downtown—close to the park. We loved having this 2 story, spacious bungalow to ourselves. We were able to bring our 2 small dogs with us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need if you wanted to prepare meals. I did not—I’m on vacation! 🤣 The property managers are friendly//accommodating and welcoming. After hours phone # is provided if needed. Would definitely use this property again! ❤️

Great location

The house was a short little walk into the one end of town. Very quiet area and a very short walk to some great smoked barbecue. The carpet on the steps needed a good shampooing but otherwise the house was very clean. The dishwasher leaked and put water all over the floor which we had to clean up and it didn’t get fixed while we were there so we had to hand wash the dishes. I assume they have taken care of that problem by now. I would stay there again.

Great stay!!!

This was our second stay here and it was equally pleasant. We have stay at several rentals in Gatlinburg and for us this is our favorite. The unit is always neat, clean, and well appointed. The location is perfect. It is close to downtown and close to the action. We have stayed in rentals up the mountain and hated the drive up and down the mountain. My only improvement that I would recommend would be install a washer and dryer. The unit does not have a washer and dryer. But it is still an awesome unit. When we return to Gatlinburg we will stay here.

Attention to details

Wall and porches need to be wiped down. Stuff on walls and cobwebs and bee hive on porch. No extra t-paper/towels in half bath. Further out of downtown then expected. Lots of construction personnel parking in designated cabin spots.
