It is everything it says it will be

This property was hands down wonderful. Super clean, comfy beds, everything worked great and very close to the downtown strip. Host was easy to work with. We will definitely be staying again.

Nice House

House was nice, but needed the flooring swept. An abundance of furnishings made it feel crowded on the main floor and the bedroom upstairs. Needs some TLC.

Christmas Vacation in Smoky Mountains

The cabin was in a great location with amazing views. My two boys really enjoyed the hot tub that was outside and the room that was in the basement which was pretty big. What was the most important to me was the fact that Justin had great communications skills and would respond right away when I would email or text him with any questions. There were only four of us, but 8 people can easily stay at this house. I definitely recommend it.

Great view

Loft bathroom sink was clogged. Water drained slow in first floor bathroom. Lights need to be replaced in basement. Otherwise it was fine.

Wonderful cabin

Beautiful cabin with a great view. Very clean and fairly well-maintained. Would recommend and stay here again. Just a few notes that may help make the property even better: - The light for the stairs going to the theater room doesn't work. - The lights in the hot tub do not work. - The lights in the bedrooms stay very dim even if turned all the way up. - The timer for the gas fireplace ticks so loud it's almost distracting, even while watching tv. - The handle for the recliner in the main living room is broken.

Perfect Stay!

I searched for weeks trying to decide on the perfect cabin for myself, two kids 7 and under and grandparents 80+. I set my expectations high as this trip was really important to us. I’m so glad I decided on this one. The view is breathtaking, all three bedrooms have visible views of downtown lights and the mountains from the bed. Having a bedroom on the entry level is great for elderly and easily accessible. You feel out of the city, but you’re still a short drive and even in delivery service area. (We doordashed pizza from PF) At the bottom of the hill, across from the Shell gas station is a great park for kiddos, we called it the hidden gem. We overall loved our trip there. We had a hiccup with the door, we received timely and friendly calls and messages to make sure it was quickly resolved. The cabin was clean, the hot tub and outside were too. I definitely recommend!

Beautiful cabin

This place is beautiful. The view was amazing and everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and any text I sent to the owner was answered in a reasonable amount of time. Our only complaints were with the door lock and the amount of time it took maintenance to respond. We could not get the door (which requires a code) to lock when we left. The TV in the Livingroom downstairs was not working properly when we arrived. On the morning after, the microwave would not work. I messaged the owner right away and he contacted maintenance. The first two days, we did not have use of that TV or microwave. Once he did arrive, it was fixed. The owner did communicate with us very well.

Great View, Gross Cabin!

Please allow me my one and only Karen moment for this review. We booked this cabin with my family in August. We loved the pictures, location, and reviews seemed good. Things can be a bit deceiving. I messaged the property manager, Justin privately after our stay to make him aware of a bunch of things that needed to be taken care of in the cabin. I didn’t want to be petty and leave a bad review, but then Justin decided to charge me $100 for a pool pass that we had no info about or given instructions for in the cabin information. We also found this out a week and a half after we checked out. So here you have it, the real dirt (pun intended) on this cabin. The check-in process was very easy but how hard can it be to send a door code? When we entered the cabin and took a look at the beds it seemed that the beds had maybe been slept in and the covers just pulled back up. When we pulled the sheets back in the loft we found makeup stains on the sheets, whomp. We informed Justin and I ended up communicating with his cleaning crew lead and the sheets got changed. After looking at the other reviews it seems that Justin did not take care of all those issues with the cabin that he responded to and said he would fix. I’ve included some of the list I sent Justin below. You can see that many are reoccurring. Don’t get bamboozled like we did by these pretty pictures.
