House was lovely, we had three familes (11 people) staying for our trip. Kids and adults really enjoyed the game room, pool, and hot tub! Had a great view of the smoky mountains, setting was quiet and peaceful. Definitely would stay at this location again. Not to far from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

We were a total of 12 people (3 families) and really enjoyed the amenities of this property. I would say the cleanliness was a little lacking in the kitchen and details of the home, but overall ok in cleanliness. The other thing I will mention is that the rooms are not exactly as they are listed on the listing which threw us off a little bit as we had to fit kids and families into rooms a certain way. Breathtaking views, amazing game room, we really enjoyed the space.

The property was just as advertised. A beautiful home, tastefully furnished and decorated. We made great use of the game room and hot tub. The host and owner were very nice and helpful. Location was great, close to Gatlinburg and the Smokey mountains. Great view of the park. My whole family had a great time and all agreed that we would stay again.

This was a dream come true! With such beautiful views, luxury finishes, fun for the whole family with the game room, TVs in all bedrooms and living areas, the hot tub and the fire place with the speakers playing music to the pool was a huge hit. We made lifetime lasting memories as a family. With Bear sightings from the balcony, and down the road playing in the creek, it was truly a one of a kind experience! The host Jeff and co-host Oliena were very responsive to any of our needs. The house is fully stocked with seasonings and spices, coffee, and other complementary items. We really enjoyed our stay!

The view and bears were the best part of trip. We got a call before our trip and explained they had active bears. We were told all the precautions we needed to take. I do really appreciate that they allowed us to check in earlier. Since we have a large party we tend to cook in the cabin a few meal. We noticed the ice maker wasn’t working. They stated they would send someone to check it. The next morning we noticed the fire place in kitchen, the central heat was not working in living/kitchen space and the coffee pot was missing. They sent a worker to bring a coffee pot and check the other things mentioned. He let us know the ice maker never worked, he brought a coffee pot.Ir was too big for the coffee maker so we just used pods the whole time. He couldn’t get the kitchen fireplace to work and would send someone to look at it. As far as the heat they were aware it wasn’t working before we arrived and didn’t tell us. They did bring a tiny space heater. My FIL had to stay wrapped in a blanket and in front of fire. They have a gate at top of stairs. Amenities: used game-room and hot tub. We couldn’t use other amenities. You pay 100 extra (min 3) for heated pool.The outdoor fire pits we couldn’t get lit. minor updates needed in cabin.Along with updated utensils(spatulas/wooden spoons) bed were not as listed (queen and kings) 1 or 2 seemed to be full. The one we slept on was uncomfortable. Only updated bathroom is the master. Others need to be upgraded. overall 4/5 stars.

They are not kidding about the bears! They greeted our family on arrival but were not an issue throughout our stay. The property has almost anything you could want and is well maintained. The game room was a huge hit! Despite the cold weather we were able to use the pool and spa. The view of the park is magnificent! However, the drive up to the lodge is very steep and we would not recommend coming and going at night.We enjoyed our stay very much!

This place is beautiful. We had a great time with our group of eight guys. Plenty of great amenities and room to spread out. The game room was an awesome place to hang after sun down. The view from the pool is top notch. We will definitely book again!

We had an incredible stay at this cozy cabin nestled in the woods! The location was perfect for a quiet getaway, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and a serene atmosphere. The cabin itself was clean, well-equipped, and had a charming rustic vibe.

We have family spread out all over the country that all came together for a week in Gatlinburg. The house was particularly great as we were there while Hurricane Helene hit. Because of the weather and the main road up to the cabin washing away, it was perfect that the house had so much to do. We really enjoyed the huge table for all 15 of us to sit around and enjoy meals and games together. Thank you for having a great place to gather!

Great property with gorgeous view and plenty of space for a comfortable stay with our family of 16. Family enjoyed the nice and clean amenities, including the hot tub, pool, and game room. Property is close enough to explore Pigeon Forge area for family fun activities. Highly recommend for a family getaway. Host is very responsive and friendly!

Overall it was a nice cabin, pictures make it look a lot bigger than it actually is. The owners were very friendly, the hot tub wasn’t working right and they came right over and tried to fix it!

The house is absolutely beautiful! It was so clean (even cleaner than home haha). The view is amazing even had a chance to catch mama bear and cubs. The oven didn't work upon arrival, but repair person came beginning of week to fix. Game room kept the kids occupied and the extra fridge was great to hold the drinks. The pool and hot tub were great for whole family - beds were comfy. The large table was great for whole family. Woukd stay again!

Parkview lodge was exactly the same as it said online, perfect! The house was secluded enough to enjoy the mountains and bears, but close enough to attractions. The host was very responsive to any questions that we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Smoky Mountains!

The property was amazing. The views spectacular. Our family of 9 with 2 in the upper 80's thoroughly enjoyed the property. We enjoyed the pool and the views. Everything was easy from start to finish and the property manager checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. They even contacted us when the bears were out. A huge highlight to see. I highly recommend this outstanding home.

The Parkview Lodge was the perfect choice for our family of 14. The house has all the amenities we needed, especially the game room, the pool, 2 decks, 2 gas and 1 wood fire pits, and a very well- equipped kitchen with everything we needed to prep and serve the meals. The enormous dining room table was big enough to have a 1000 piece puzzle going on one end and eating/board games/cards going on at the other end. The mother bear and cub groups showing up intermittently really confirmed you were staying in the mountains! We loved our stay and highly recommend the property!
