This house is beautiful and the view is stunning! The host was very responsive and truly wanted our family to enjoy this house. Seeing the bears on property was a bonus, the kids were amazed. One of our best family vacations ever!

We stayed here for 8 days. The house was immaculate and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The owner was easy to get a hold of and responded to questions quickly. A grocery store and restaurants as well as the national park were about a 15-20 minute drive. Everything was perfect for our family vacation and we made a lot of great memories here.

You guys really thought of everything with this house! It's perfect for larger families. Our kids really enjoyed the game room and pool. You can't beat the amazing mountain views either! It's breathtaking. We hope to come back some time soon.

The location and views are incredible. Hosts were responsive to messages. The kitchen had pots and pans aplenty for cooking and two fridges. A bear came on the deck to investigate while we were letting the grill cool off after cooking before cleaning. We loved the game room. There were a few minor housekeeping issues. Found hot wheel toys left under the kitchen table, some towels were quite worn, the pool was not very clean and hot tub water smelled stale and old water. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

The house was great! We loved the view, the main gathering areas, and the game room was a hit! The beds were extremely comfortable as well. Would stay here again!

The property was perfect. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The entire property was clean and cozy. We would all highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week at a very beautiful property. The kids loved the pool, and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The game room was used extensively. I swept off the pool table and removed the sticky substance from the shuffleboard table. Cudos on the pin ball machine which was heavily used. None of us had a problem finding a quiet spot to read or use our iPads. I had a desk downstairs to write my stories and sort out my photos. The excursions to Pidgeon Forge and downtown Gatlinburg were easy along picturesque roads. Everyone we met along the way was helpful and friendly.

The house was gorgeous and the view is better than the pictures. The host was very communicative and helpful, especially with the bear warnings (we had a visitor within the first couple of hours). I couldn't recommend this house enough!

Absolutely wonderful

It was the best we have stayed at in our 20 years of using this type of rentals, will definitely stay again. The host and everything about the home was excellent.

This was a perfect property for our family Christmas retreat! (7 adults & 5 children) The vista from the back deck is fantastic, the heated pool was a huge hit with the kids, the game room had something for everyone, the expansive dining and kitchen were fully stocked, and the bed/bath facilities were comfortable. But the real highlight was our black bear sightings…one within a couple hours of arrival, and four the last evening we were there.We anlso enjoyed exploring, fishing and playing in the stream along the Greenbriar trail in Smoky Mountain Nat’l Park…just across the road. Jeff and Olenia were very friendly and responsive hosts…answering all our questions promptly.

A Peaceful Retreat!!

We had an incredible stay at this cozy cabin nestled in the woods! The location was perfect for a quiet getaway, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and a serene atmosphere. The cabin itself was clean, well-equipped, and had a charming rustic vibe.
