Good location but dirty place.

Location was great and within walking distance to a lot in town. However, communication with host was lacking (asked about semi-early checkin, no response) and place was very dirty (floors had hair throughout and had not been mopped in a while).

Vacation getaway

Great location! Short walk to downtown . The condo was just like the pictures. The only thing I would bring your own pillows. The ones there were uncomfortable. Grounds were clean and pool was clean. Perfect for two people. Great communication with the owner.

A short trip to Gatlinburg

This was the perfect place for us. We enjoyed being able to walk along the Parkway, but also to come back to a place that was a bit more quiet. It is small, but the perfect size for us. Very well decorated and updated, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were happy to have access to laundry - bring quarters and detergent. The laundry room and Ice is on the same floor as this space. I did recommend some hangers, an iron and board. The location is WONDERFUL, and a cozy place to come back to after a busy day was great.

Fall Getaway

Absolutely perfect location! Everything is within easy walking distance. Condo was cozy and comfortable for two. The fireplace was an added accommodation that made for a perfect long getaway weekend (bring wood and matches). Nice view of mountainside from the balcony. Owner responded quickly to questions we had. We will definitely book again!

Great little place for a couple

It was a terrific location within walking distance of so much. Cute little condo. Very comfortable. One thing for anyone who may be looking for a hot tub after a LOT of walking, even though the description says there is one by the indoor pool there is not one. Other than that, perfect stay.

Nice apartment

The place is nicely remodeled and fairly clean - they are missing hangers and the quality of towels and sheets was so so but not too bad. The location is great and the place is cozy. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Long weekend in Gatlinburg

This is in a great location. A block from the parkway along a creek. As described, it is small. There is a sleeper sofa, so a few small kids would fit. There is an indoor pool for them to play. Easy parking. Would book again.

Fantastic, only thing was when we got into room I set cup on coffee table and it collapsed with basically no pressure applied.Apparently someone who was there last had broken it and rigged it together to make it look like it was not broken. Owner was very nice about it
