Amazing location! Very close to downtown Gatlinburg. House is amazing! The game room is great and the kitchen, dining and living room are open concept so we were all together hanging out. We had lots of visits from bears, very fun to watch! Would stay again!!

Lots of Fun

This property delivered on everything it promised. Our extended family of 11 with kids from 5 to 19 had plenty to do with house games, nearby pool and exercise facilities. We spent lots of time on the outside decks reading, using the hot tub, talking and watching the wildlife that happened by. This included a bear and her cubs who wandered down the road periodically. The kitchen had everything we needed including a Kurig coffee maker to get everyone going in the morning. Downtown Gatlinburg which was a 10 minute drive down the mountain had plenty of entertainment for everyone and lots of good restaurants. Dollywood which was just rated the #1 amusement park in America along with the Dollywood Water Park are a short drive away. The house and the location in the mountains was a fun experience and a good alternative to the family beach vacations we have always done in the past.

I wish it was the same. It shows on the picture. It’s not the same that it shows on the picture.

We were there for three nights, and unfortunately it was not the same. It was shows on the picture or on the videos. The patios, the chairs, the kitchen, the coffee maker. Everything was not in order and dirty.

Wanted more time!

We only stayed for 2 nights but it was perfect. Clean, comfortable and beautiful with plenty of room for all of us. The older (grown) kids liked the downstairs with the pool table, all the games and TV room. Would have loved to have stayed longer - brought food -and spent more time at the house - it was a beautiful area! Perfect Hosts as well! Thank you and hopefully we will make it back!

Relaxing & Enjoyable Stay

Our family had a wonderful stay at Chalet Zermatt! The cabin was cozy and well-equipped with super comfortable beds. The game room was a hit with our family, and we thoroughly enjoyed lounging on the master deck each morning with a cup of coffee enjoying the sounds of nature. One of the highlights of our stay was the unexpected encounter with a family of bears passing through. The owners were incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our comfortable stay. Thank you so much for your exceptional hospitality!

Perfect

The cabin was perfect, location was perfect, host communication was perfect. Kids left our car door unlocked, and within 30 minutes of being there and getting settled, bear cubs rummaged through our car. Our fault, but the kids loved seeing them and their little bear prints they left. If you are traveling during the winter, will definitely need 4 wheel drive. Already looking at dates to rebook in the summer!

Birthday celebration

We had a wonderful time. The home was very comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit sitting area with the swing to relax and visit. Enjoyed seeing the bears. Would recommend this cabin for your next trip !

Great cabin

Terrific property with plenty of room for the entire family. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and game systems. Sitting on the decks watching the bears come by was a highlight for all. Definitely recommend!

Beary memorable

Perfectly located near Gatlinburg 5-10mins driving distance to the attractions. Family loved seeing the bears visit our chalet. We stayed a total amount of f 7 days and we saw bears 5 out of 7days. The kitchen has everything you need to make any meal at home easy. We loved the lower level entrance which made unloading and loading easier. Everyone had their own bedroom and loved the private baths. Would definitely stay again !!
