We had a wonderful time and the cabin had everything we needed! The mountain view was amazing! I took off one star because the theater chairs were broken. Only 2 of the chairs reclined and it was disappointing because utilizing the theater room was one of the main reasons we chose this particular cabin. The host was very easy to communicate with and prompt to respond to any questions. We would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Amazing view. Clean. Well supplied. Very comfy beds. Minor issues with dishwasher. My big complaint was that there is no pull out couch in the movie room! The red couch in the picture was replaced with a different red couch that does NOT pull out! The listed is inaccurate. The kids had to sleep on the chairs which would not work for everyone.

We encountered numerous problems at this property upon arrival and reported to both management/host.Some of our reported items were lights being out (inside and out), loose railings, a smelly refrigerator, heat and air not working in all rooms, no internet service, dirty dishes, and closets that were full of stored items literally just thrown in to them. The garbage disposal smelled as did the microwave vent hood. We made repeated calls to both management/VRBO and the host. This was a stay during Christmas. We were promised the property would be decorated. It was not. We found a tree in the owners closet (that was left wide open) but there was no stand to place it in. We leaned it up a wall and couch and did the best we could to set it up for our kids and Santa. VRBO did not offer to assist me or relocate me without going through the management company first. While the management company sent a tech out on day 2 at 5pm he did nothing. Day 3 an electrician and 2 cleaners arrived. The electrician is the only person that spent enough time there to make a difference. He was able to fix some of the lights and get the internet to work. We cleaned the fridge ourselves as we had food that needed stored. Supposedly an HVAC person came but they did nothing to fix the air not flowing into all the rooms. I request a refund as this is unacceptable service from each company. By far, the worst experience I have ever had from a VRBO property. I have pictures to document all items.

Stunning views! Thats what I came for!!! The home was very cozy. I was surprised there wasnt a broom or complementary cleaning supplies for our week stay but i came over prepared, even brought my own travel grill. Extra towels would have been nice i did a lot of laundry. Come to find out we were in the middle of 3 bear dens very surprising and cool! Nothing beats the vibrant colors and views that is 20 stars worth!

Great vacation

We loved the cabin! It was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub and movie room. Every question I had before our trip was answered immediately. I would definitely recommend this cabin. We had a great time!

Long weekend in Gatlinburg

Kids loved the hot tub. It took awhile to figure out how to work the PAC Man game. Only could get one chair in theater room to be adjustable. But overall the place was really nice and perfect for our group. Justin was always quick to respond. And the check out list was the easiest I’ve ever experienced.

Anniversary trip

We enjoyed the cabin for a quick get away. The cabin is in need of small repairs. The kitchen cabinets are broken or missing. We had hundreds of lady bugs in the cabin everywhere. The hot tub wasn’t very hot but it was freezing outside. The washing machine didn’t work however our host took care of this. Overall I would suggest this cabin and definitely go back again.

Spacious cabin with a number of amenities

Overall it was a great experience. Enjoyed the home theater and hot tub a lot. The cabin is a bit old but clean. The hot tub was leaking water to the lower deck when we checked in. But the host responded timely and got the issue fixed next day.

Gatlinburg Babymoon

Wanted a getaway to celebrate and relax before the arrival of our first child. We searched a lot of places but I’m so glad I found this one! I have never actually used Vrbo or any other website like it before and the owners made the process so comfortable to do. Not to mention the house is absolutely amazing inside and has everything we could have ever needed to relax and enjoy our time together. Also as a side note, I have low back issues and usually hate staying places because the beds always cause flare ups of pain, but the bed was so comfortable that I never once had an issue. Thank you for a trip we will never forget, and hopefully can do again someday!

Disappointing experience

We recently stayed here for fall break. We arrived at the cabin to find dirty carpets that weren't vacuumed, I had to vacuum myself. The floors were sticky, the trim in the basement where the theater seats were was unattached and it was loaded with filth underneath. One of the arcade machines upstairs did not work, the dining rooms lights over the table did not work, the sink in the master bathroom did not drain, and the toilet paper dispenser in the master was broken. The hot tub cover was broken. The styrofoam inside was broken into pieces leaving little pieces of styrofoam in the water, and making it difficult to remove and put back on. The hot tub was also leaking so we had to keep refiling the water. Out of the 6 theater seats in the basement, only 4 reclined. Out of the 6 tv's in the house, only 1 of them would connect to the wifi. The only tv that worked was the room our kids were staying in together in the basement. I contacted management about all of these items the night we arrived. They sent someone out the next day, but when we returned, nothing was fixed. They sent someone out again the next day who took the living room tv to the store and said he was going to exchange it. When we returned later that evening, the same broken tv was hung back up with a note that said the store would not exchange the tv. They had got it working at the shop, but when they brought it back to the cabin it still wouldn't work. So, it never worked the entire time.

Beautiful views and visits from bears!!!

Overall the views are enough to keep us coming back. The cabin is in a very secluded area, with an amazing view of the mountains. We even had a black bear come up to our cabin, and climb up on our trailer. Makes for a story to tell! The communication from the owner is superb! He checked up on us the entire trip. Our only complaints is that though there was mention of the cabin being cleaned, it was pretty dirty. We had to wash all the silverware and dinner ware before using, the dishwasher is pretty beat up, the carpets on the stairs were pretty dirty and pretty dusty througout and the upstairs TV never would work for us. Also, the arcade, some of the buttons dont work, so its hard to play alot of the games. The linens were clean though, and it wouldnt be enough to turn us away from a future stay here! Overall, it was a very fun trip and many memories were made!!

Amazing Cabin!

The cabin was absolutely perfect for our vacation, with plenty of room for family to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook family dinners. The views were amazing and visits by a bear family provided much excitement. Any questions were promptly answered by the owners. We look forward to returning in the future.

No Hot Water and Stink Bugs

Overall disappointing stay due to lack of hot water for 2 days, and a stink bug infestation in the theater room. Is it too much to ask that all of the basic utilities are in working order, and the house is free of insects crawling all over the TV? We contacted the property owners and were told that the recent cold weather was to blame for the hot water and were given a "copy and paste" apology. When a maintenance tech showed up we were told that the hot water heater was actually in need of repair, but he would be able get hot water for us for the remainder of our stay. The house itself is fine, with nice views from the decks. Two of the three showers are very small, and 3 of the recliners in the theater room don't work. I think for the money, I would chose a different property in the Gatlinburg area.

Family Vacation 2022

My husband and I, along with our children, my parents, and my sister and her kids just had the most wonderful weekend at this cabin. The property was clean and we had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, playing lots of games, the kids made cookies with grandma and truly couldn’t have had a better stay. The owners responded quickly to questions about WiFi and any other questions we had while there. Definitely recommend!!!
