The cabin was perfect for our group of 17 spanning 3 generations (Ages 2 to 74). The cabin was clean when we arrived and had a well-equipped kitchen, which we appreciated since we cooked breakfast and dinner every day. The balcony (accessible from the living room) was perfect for watching the sun rise and enjoying coffee sitting in one of the Adirondack chairs each morning. It is worth noting that the pic on the website for the lower rec room is different in person. The large rec room has an area with a tv, couches, and chairs (one of the couches is a pull-out bed and was comfortable) but it also has the queen over queen bunkbeds and a queen bed in it as well. There are two other bedrooms on the lower level (one with a bathroom in it, and one with a bathroom in the hallway). The other two rooms on the lower level do not have beds -- the one with the bathroom has the air hockey table and the other one has the Pac-Man machine. This was not a problem for us, but it could be for others. The laundry room and an additional refrigerator are also located in the lower level. The upstairs has four bedrooms, three with bathrooms, and one with a hallway bathroom. The location is perfect for the Sugarlands Visitor Center in Great Smoky Mountain National Park and downtown Gatlinburg, and anytime we had a question, the rental company was quick to respond and all of the info and communication they provided before our trip and during was exceptional. We are so glad we stayed here!
