We loved the location! It was very convenient for walking to shops, attractions and restaurants. The hot tub was a nice bonus to use after hours of walking around town. If you are looking for something in town but still enjoy quiet space then this is perfect!

It was perfect for our family weekend! So clean and cozy at the perfect location. Close to so many things, but still a little tucked away from the hustle of things on the parkway. The covered parking is great too if you have any wintry weather.

We had a great time with our 4 grandkids at your condo! We loved that we could walk to the chairlift for Anakeesta and all the shops and restaurants! The condo was clean and just perfect for our family! We would definitely stay here again!

The host was super friendly and so welcoming! He made sure we had everything we could possibly want or need. Plus, he was really quick to answer any questions we had and always ready to help us out. The VRBO was close to everything.

Everything about this stay was great, excluding the amenities needed for longer duration stays. We stayed for 4 nights and needed to purchase items in order to clean. The amenities (paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags) were provided, but to a very minimum extent. We ran out of many of these items fairly soon into the stay which added expenses. We had to go purchase oil for cooking, salt and pepper, and ran out of paper towels with only being given one roll. Only provided one kitchen towel and then only having one package of laundry detergent made it hard to keep things clean. Other than this, everything about the stay was wonderful. The host was great- provided information in a timely manner. Location is perfect for walking to many places.

Charles, our host, had excellent communication skills. If I had a question, it was no time that it was answered. Condo very clean and area very quiet. Easy to drive to and close to town. Would recommend. Also, saw some bears out of the main level bedroom!!

Very clean! Easy communication- no problems. We arrived 3 hours early and was able to go ahead and access our rental. It was nice being able to walk to the Gatlinburg attractions and food. The rental easily accommodated our family. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and within walking distance of everything we needed. It was clean and felt very safe. We loved having separate rooms and bathrooms on separate floors, and the beds were very comfortable! The hot tub was the best part of our evenings, and we appreciated that it was on and heated when we arrived. The adults and teens in our party all gave it a 10 out of 10 - we'll definitely be back!

Charles was a great host. We had one situation where the sink was clogged but Charles had the maintenance guy over within the hour to fix it. Very quick to respond. Two suggestions to recommend would be black out curtains in the bottom and middle bedrooms due to lights behind the condo on a separate property to light up their parking lot. It was very hard to sleep with that bright light shining but we were able to hang a black trash bag over it and it worked for us. Also, add hooks in the bottom bathroom to be able to hang up more towels to drive, etc.Overall, great property to stay at.

This townhome was a good location for our visit to Great Smoky Mountains NP. It was also walkable into Gatlinburg. There was plenty of space for our family of six (kids 4 to 14), and enough cookware for the minimal cooking we did. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw black bears in the complex on two occasions. The second sighting was a mama bear and her two cubs. The mama was on top of someone’s parked car digging at their roof bag.
