When we arrived the lights were off on the porch and in 1/2 the living area. The hot tub was left wide open and was at 53 degrees with leaves all in it. Several doors inside were broken and not operational. Contacted the host. After not hearing from the host that night I was able to get the lighting working by locating thrown breakers in the panel. It was very un safe for my pregnant wife to be walking up and down a dark stair case. The next day the host responded and they say they sent someone to repair the hot tub but it was never repaired. It stayed super cold our entire stay. The hot tub was a major reason as to why we decided to stay in this cabin. We use it every afternoon in our vacations to gatkinburg. I was very understanding with the host that things break and gave ample time to get it repaired and usable. When we left the hot tub was still not to operating temp. We went home that day and the next morning I reached out to the host regarding the amenities that we paid for and was not able to use. She declined any refund of any sort and pretty much could care less that we had to spend extra money out entertaining the family on the town due to the hot tub not being usable for our stay. Vrob even contacted the host and she refused a refund. They refunded me a lousy 162 dollars because they know the host was not doing us right which was great but it goes to show that the host does not care about its customers.

Everything stood out for us. The directions to get there were very easy. The view was exactly what we thought it would be and the sunrise was out of this world. Beautiful memories in a beautiful place Had to use the bear blow horn one time…they were everywhere and the horn really works. We had to be aware they were there. Beautiful animals indeed

Such an amazing cabin with spectacular views of the mountains!! We seen more bears at our cabin from the balcony than any other place in Gatlinburg! My kids loved watching the Ober Gatlinburg tram pass right in front of the cabin.Host was quick to respond with any questions or needs we had before and during our stay. Highly recommend!!

Awesome Location!

Very nice place, we loved it! The view is spectacular and we were so close to the Ober sky tram that you could talk to the people on it! But, the tram is quiet. Its very quiet and peaceful. Drive up the mountain is very easy. Layout of house is great! Lots of entertainment in the game/movie room. Yes, we saw Bears and on the property but no worries. Just beautiful creatures in their habitat. Only drawback is the bathrooms are very small and uncomfortable but we managed. Hope to visit again!

Magnificent View

Very nice house. You couldnt ask for anything more. It had all kitchen necessities. Game room was fun. Huge TV downstairs was amazing. Hot tub was perfect and clean.

Great place to stay!

Owners so responsive and pleasant to communicate with. My 3 boys loved the pool table, air hockey and other games. We all enjoyed sitting in the hot tub after long mountain hikes. Book the house you won’t regret it!

Beautiful!

My family and I loved this house and the location. It was quiet and secluded with a great view from the top floor. We saw several bears in the area including a mama bear with 3 cubs. My only suggestion would be to get blackout/room darkening shades for the bedrooms especially the master. The sun comes up and shines directly through them at 6am and fully lighting up the room. Otherwise we loved it!

Beautiful!

We had a great time! The house is beautiful and has everything that you need. The kids loved the game room. Pop a shot, skee ball, air hockey, pool, arcade game. Hot tub was clean! Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were plenty big enough. The most amazing part was the view! Especially from the top deck. Literally no complaints! Will definitely rent again

PERFECT!

This house was everything and more than what we could have hoped for with our group! 5 stars for bedroom setup (2 kings!), game room, cleanliness, organization, property management communication, location...it had it all! It was our oasis from the very busy city center. And we greatly appreciated the Christmas decor--it got us ready for the holidays and even inspired me to decorate when we got home. Thank you for an amazing mini getaway!

Stayed over Thanksgiving Holiday

Beautiful property! Everything went smoothly and the property was perfect! Communication was wonderful and prompt when needed! Gorgeous views and we enjoyed it. My grand children loved the basketball game and air hockey on the bottom floor! Hot tub was relaxing! Absolutely no complaints, just 1 suggestion to have a blind in the room with the 4 bunk beds. There is no cabin out that side but I know my family would of liked a blind on the window. Not a deal breaker by no means. Fireplaces were amazing. Top master bedroom runs warmer but comfortable. Bears met us on the first day and at checkout at 3 AM when we left for home also. Big Mama and her 3 larger cubs. When they say 4 wheel recommend they mean it. We have one and used it but the roads were wet when we arrived and I could see where it may be an issue if you didn’t have it. Beautiful area and we have stayed in this area several times and this place has amazing views! Felt like home even if it were only a few days! Tons of soft comfy throw blankets and every comfort of home. Highly recommend and would return if available when needed!

Delightful! Best Cabin in Gatlinburg 😊

We come to the area often and were simply glad to have found this jewel. Extremely clean and comfortable with beautiful views. I was skeptical about booking when I read something about the HVAC, but there are 2 units in the home and temperature was not a problem at all. VERY comfortable beds for a restful sleep. Well equipped kitchen and a lot of attention to detail towards guest comfortable stay (throws, pillows, coffee maker upstairs, etc); and towards guest safety (Outdoor security cámara, bear barrier at lower level balcony for safe bear sightings). Gaming room was great for family bonding—great for all ages.Great stay! ♥️

Mountain vacation

This cabin was amazing. The views were spectacular and the cabin smelled brand new! Everything was clean and just as listed in the pictures online! The host was fast and super responsive to any questions or issues we had which was very helpful and much appreciated. We had a couple bear sightings while on our trip which was so exciting to see from our balcony. This cabin is in a perfect location to where you still feel like you’re in a quiet part of nature but yet you’re not too far from all the places we wanted to explore in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The host has went above and beyond on this big gem!! We’d definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking to stay in Gatlinburg.

Great cabin with all the amenities!

This cabin was awesome! The owners have thought of all details from the perfect family games to include to high end finishes, decor and comfy furniture and blankets. I have been to rentals where these things were skimped on and this was not the case here. We are big on having a clean rental and they did a great job cleaning! Amazing views and we enjoyed the firepit and hot tub so much! Thanks again for the great accommodations!
