Checkout process made me feel as if we had to do a good deal before leaving; we had a place in Hilton Head that we rented and the housekeepers actually did the stuff that was asked of us. Online photos make the home look much larger than it really is kitchen is definitely very small tight with more than two people in there. Online information makes it sound like bears are prevalent, didn’t see a one but didn’t take away stars for that.

Birthday celebration

We arrived in the evening on the first day before dark so we got to see the beautiful views before the sun went down. This place is everything the description says and more. The home is gorgeous and so perfectly decorated and the views are to die for. We got there just in time to experience the 80 mph winds so being from Florida it was interesting to go through a hurricane in the mountains, but the house did awesome and all was well. The rest of the trip was truly amazing. I cannot express enough how beautiful this cabin is.

All about the view

Main living area felt tight at times but if you want the best view, this cabin is for you! We could even see the fireworks on New Year’s Eve in downtown Gatlinburg. House was super clean and the beds were actually very comfortable. Bedrooms spacious!

Amazing veiws

We had an absolutely wonderful trip, this is a beautiful cabin with beautiful breathtaking views, and it really doesn’t get any higher on the mountain than this one. You really can’t go wrong with this company, so far in our experience with any of the heavens Cabins properties we’ve stayed we have not been disappointed

Loved this property!

Lovely, clean property. Views and outdoor areas were incredible. Three separate levels with bedrooms and attached bathrooms. Everything was organized and anything you would typically need was provided. We have rented previously with this management company and think highly of their properties. We will be back!

This Cabin was as beautiful as it was mentioned on the website. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Very spacious King rooms enjoy room for everyone. We stayed July 3-6, it was like our home away from home. We will definitely be back again. Thank you!

Gorgeous home at top of steep, curvy drive

First, this home is exactly as advertised. Beautifully decorated and well-stocked. This home is higher than one of the places in Gatlinburg that tourists take gondola to - and to get there, you must travel up very steep and curvy 2-lane roads with no berm. So, the driver must be comfortable with that as well as your vehicle be good for that. The view is awesome from all 3 decks! Each bedroom on separate floor with king bed, private bath and deck. Use keypad to open door with code which is very convenient. We had no issues during our stay. You cannot walk anywhere from this house - No sidewalks. Definitely recommend stopping for groceries before heading up the mountain. My daughter and I found the drive up and down the mountain stressful. One strange thing to note: all 3 of my adult children fell at the bottom of the stairs from top floor to middle floor. There are columns and a baby gate on the 2nd step which when you are coming down tricks your eye/mind into thinking you have reached the bottom so they all missed that last step. There is a door mat near the bottom of the stairs that I moved over to be right below the last step and that helped. Just thought I would mention it to keep someone from getting hurt. Also, you enter the house on the middle floor so there are 17 steps to go down or up to the other floors which could be hard for some people. Overall - this is a fantastic home close to great Smokey Mountain National Park and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge!

This will be my best place so far I stayed ….. perfectly done and managed … so clean is hard to believe rental property can be that spotless and organized …. Beautiful views with a well equipped home

It was a wonderful stay. You are on top of the mountain with a beautiful view of the valley. The cabin was beautiful, and well equipped with amenities, games and all the things you need to make a trip successful. Very pleased with our stay and would repeat!

This property is gorgeous. It is at the top of the mountain and has excellent views of the sunrise and sunset as well as gatlinburg and mountains in general. It is as advertised. Layout is perfect for a family with kids. House is well organized and taken care of. My toddler loved the game area. Owners we responsive before and during the stay.
