We started our holiday with a visit from a bear. It got into one of the cars. We happen to walk outside as it was leaving with a bag of trail mix! We got it all on video! Lots of muddy paw prints and a few scratches on the car door but no harm done. Totally our fault!Grandkids absolutely loved the basement level. They are. young; 6-8 so it was perfect for them. The home is spacious, open and very comfortable. TV's in every room which was a nice amenity.We were disappointed it didn't have a fireplace inside, especially after being advised to bring our own firewood.There were exactly SIX towels in the house. Not enough for 10 people for sure. We had to wash and dry towels every day we were there.The biggest disappointment were the beds and the bedding. The beds are rock hard, bedding was thin and dingy. Pillows are flat, thin and stained.We rent VRBO homes twice a year and the ones with nice bedding are ones that made us feel welcome and comfortable. Don't underestimate the importance of a good nights sleep! I would suggest a serious bedding upgrade.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary having the best time with amazing views each day from right outside our balcony! Such ease of communication and checking in. House is absolutely beautiful and we had a great time planning the games downstairs and just enjoying our time together. No need to go anywhere as the house offered so much! Kitchen fully equipped which allowed us to prepare and have most our meals on location. So quiet and beautiful!

We did not have heat for almost two days. We have a newborn who is now sick. Temperatures were in the 40's. After much back and forth, us as the guests finally figured out the pin to unlock the thermostat. They kept giving us the wrong code but myself and my husband figured out the right code ourselves. We contacted them about the fridge on the main level not working the entire trip and no one ever got back to us to address the issue. We had lots of food that we intended to use but could not because we couldn't keep it at the right temperature. The dryer does not work properly and the master bedroom has all kind of tech equipment just thrown around on the dresser. Massive amounts of stink bugs on main floor.

We had a group of nine people that all work very hard, overwhelmed and tired most days. The beach has always been my go to but we decided this time would be the mountains. Walking into this home, my stress fell off. Beautiful wood everywhere, rooms are so cozy, kitchen is full of everything you need, laundry, pool, poker, awesome theater room, and a large hot tub overlooking the mountains! The main balcony has a grill and fireplace, perfect for day and night. We had a hiccup with the furnace but owner was very responsive and this was taken care of immediately. I didn’t want to leave.

Beautiful views from the back deck. All the bedrooms were large with a bath/shower in each which was great for our group. All the beds were great. The kitchen was well supplied. The main living interior design was so nice with two couches and chairs. Only issue was the “guidebook” was cumbersome to use and listed different ways to access the door code.

This house is amazing! 4 King Suites, so no sharing bathrooms...yes please. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves here! The house is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Everything you need is here, and MORE. The kids loved the arcade game, the pool table, and the hot tub, and the theater room was even better than I expected. I hope to return to this property next year for my birthday! Highly recommend!

Great family getaway

Perfect for extended family. Pool, air hockey, arcade, and poker made it a wonderful family hang out. Great location for Gatlinburg/National Park/ and Pigeon Forge/Dollywood adventures. Had a black bear walk right by the property one morning!

Wonderful!

This cabin was wonderful. It was very clean and comfortable. The bath in the master bedroom was terrific with a two head shower; the floor was not slippery. The large porch was clean as well, with multiple comfortable chairs, and the fireplace there was so nice to sit beside while enjoying the lovely view. We had a very relaxing visit. If you have three of more vehicles, the parking could be tricky, but the cabins mostly all seemed this way as they are built into the side of a mountain. We would stay again.

Spring break

We had an extended family getaway for spring break and had a great time! The cabin is in an excellent location- right in the middle of pigeon forge and gatlinburg and very close to a trolley stop which was nice! The cabin was beautiful and was perfect for our family to all have their own spots. The kids loved the game area and hot tub and we all loved the views. We didn’t see any bears like we were hoping but heard it may have been too early for them. We had a few maintenance issues that came up but they didn’t get in the way of having a great time and Justin was always quick to respond to any of our messages! Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

Family mountain trip

We had a great time. Cabin was as advertised and was great for our family. Kids had a blast. Has a little wear and tear but nothing that would take away from your stay. Justin was very responsive and worked to solve any issues immediately. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again in the future.

Amazing!!!

We will definitely be back! The cabin is gorgeous and you could not ask for more! Its location is perfect as well- half way to Pigeon Forge & halfway to downtown Gatlinburg. Took us about 10 minutes to get to each location. We are already looking forward to the next trip we take to stay at this gorgeous cabin!
