Great cabin. Breathtaking views from the family room. Our family loved to wake up to the sunrise and sunsets. We lacked nothing to have a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation. Only issues was some outlets stop working but the rental company was great in addressing our problems. Recommend this cabin for anyone for a family vacation.

The property was immaculate. The holiday decorations made the cabin festive.

The stay was great! I definitely recommend this property for your cabin vacation. The decorations made the cabin feel festive and inviting. My family and I enjoyed our time together. Thank you so much for the hospitality. I will definitely visit again soon.

Beautiful view in a very peaceful setting

Tremendous view of the southern mountain range. About a 20 minute ride to Gatlinburg and about another 10-12 minutes to Pigeon Forge. Very happy with the rental.

New Family Tradition

Our family had an amazing time during our stay at the Perfect Tenn. We all enjoyed having lots of seating in all of the gathering spaces. The deck with the view of the mountains was everyone’s favorite. Time spent in the well equipped and spacious kitchen was always so much fun. We definitely will consider another vacation here!!

Amazing views

Great cabin with amazing views. Narrow mountain roads heading up to the cabin but that is expected. We had family from 10 to almost 70 years old and everyone loved it. The only down fall was the internet was out and cell service there is really spotty which made making plans difficult until we got off the mountain.

Christmas at The Cabin

We booked the cabin for my parents and our family to stay in while on vacation in Gatlinburg. The cabin was beautiful and the views were amazing!!! The bedrooms were spacious with lots of closet space. We enjoyed the game room! We spent each night at one end of the dining table working on puzzles together. A great cabin with great communication (check in texts from property manager to see if everything was good). We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Property was very nice. Limited cell phone service made check in a little difficult. Couldn’t get the access code or Wi-Fi password right away. Overall a great experience

Beautiful cabin Lack of responsibility

The Cabin was beautiful but the heat was out the whole time when it was below zero and the septic tank was backing up I have called several times to speak with management no one has called me back. We had to spend $800 on space heaters for the cabin.

Amazing Christmas

We had a wonderful time at the Perfect Tenn for Christmas this year. The view on Christmas morning of the mountains with the fire place and the beautiful tree was magical.

Great stay at the perfect tenn.

Really great view and beautiful windows. Both porche's had a lot of space. Great experience for a family of 10 or more and of all ages.

Best time ever. We will be back. Only complaint is dishwasher didn’t work. Who likes to do dishes for 12 on vacation?!

Amazing Views

The cabin is beautiful and the view when you enter on the main floor is incredible! Very easy to relax here. The kitchen is very easy to cook in, we made a lot of our meals during our stay. I would recommend a binder of information be left for future renters. The binder should include swimming pool information, TV directions, ice maker directions, trash pick up day, departure instructions, and other helpful information like closest grocery stores and etc. There is a gas grill here, but we received an email about bringing charcoal but it was not needed. The house could be cleaned a little better, it’s not dirty, but throughout the stay we noticed cobwebs, hair in the shower drains upon arrival, and the kitchen sink was not super clean. The dryer takes FOREVER to dry clothes as well. I would definitely stay here again regardless of the small issues. We saw a bear during our stay and the view is amazing!

Beautiful Stay

This property was wonderful and exactly as described. The views were phenomenal. Plenty of room for everyone. And we got to see the amazing bears!
