Our stay was perfect. While we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house, the quiet setting made us perfect for sleeping. James was very communicative and the whole process was easy to navigate.

This cabin was awesome. It was very clean and a great location and the host, James, did a great job communicating. I will absolutely stay at this cabin again. You can’t go wrong booking a stay here.

James was a wonderful host by checking on you and responding immediately if you had questions. The house and views were beautiful. We cooked a lot and it had everything we needed. Extremely convenient to town and the Convention Center if you have something going on there. We stayed in July, 2026 and saw bears everyday. One was even lying on the picnic table when we came home one night. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Our stay was wonderful! The home was extremely clean and had everything we needed. James was a great host and responded very quickly to any questions we had. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is a lovely home, not opulent but a very nice space that is thoughtfully equipped and supported. Very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, a rarity in our Vrbo experience, which makes a big difference to our quality of stay.

This cabin was amazing. It is very close to both Gaitlinburg and the National Park. James was a wonderful host and was available to answer any questions. The kitchen was well stocked and the game room was an added treat. We even saw 3 different bears on the property. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home with an awesome view. The kids loved the game room, which allowed us adults to enjoy the view from the deck. Great choice for a home base in the Smokies!

Loved the stay. As promised - the property is overlooking the town yet op on the hill in the woods. Clean and well equipped. Saw a fox and a black bear on the road next to the property. a short drive from excellent hikes too! we had a really good time!

This is our new favorite cabin in Gatlinburg. The cabin was very clean and well-maintained with a fantastic view of Gatlinburg. The location is ideal being near the strip and park entrance. James was very welcoming, responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at James’ Living Color property in Gatlinburg! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The check-in process was incredibly easy, making our arrival completely stress-free.One thing that really stood out was the attention to detail from the cleaning crew. The cabin was spotless, fresh, and well cared for, which made us feel right at home.The back porch was our favorite spot. It was so peaceful to sit outside, relax, and listen to the creek flowing below. Even though the cabin is just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, it’s tucked away enough that you can enjoy the quiet without all the traffic and noise.Check-out was just as simple as check-in, making the entire experience effortless from start to finish.If you’re looking for a clean, relaxing place that’s close to everything Gatlinburg has to offer without sacrificing peace and quiet, I highly recommend staying here. We would definitely book again!

James is the perfect host! I’ve been vacationing in Gatlinburg for years and his cabin is top notch. Beds are comfortable. It’s beyond clean. Cozy and feels like home. It is perfect for staying in with loved ones and so close to everything if you want to venture out. Cannot recommend it enough.

Location was perfect! Close enough to downtown but still with a Mountain View. House was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need! Our favorites were the wood fireplace and gaming area. James is an Allstar host!
