This place was the best! Friendly staff, clean, every amenity we needed, and very peaceful yet close to the tourist areas. I will most definitely stay here again and will absolutely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

The rooms are very big and has a beautiful view. Lots of great amenities and very friendly staff. We can’t wait to go back. Highly recommended. The only down fall was that we weren’t there 10 minutes and my daughter & I got stuck in the elevator for an hour. Thank u Gatlinburg Firefighters coming to our rescue. We really did wish that they had security or someone in the office after 5:00pm. Accidents do happen but took a little bit to get ahold of someone when we got stuck so had to call 911.

Everything was wonderful, Clean Rooms, Clean Property, Etc. Two little things, I was approached about a timeshare before I could get my parking pass(which I detest}, I am trying to relax and the cigarette Smoke coming from the apartments below mine were unbearable, I literally could not enjoy the beautiful view.

Unit was as described. Clean and cozy. Staff was more than helpful. Their assistance and suggestions added to our enjoyment of our visit. We had a great time!

The space was wonderful! There were two bedrooms and one of the bedrooms had a huge whirlpool tub. The kitchen was good. Also, the pool area was nice. I recommend this property for families.

We love the location of this place, just outside the downtown madness, in a beautiful spot on the hill. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is very convenient, even with just 2 of us. the full kitchen let us make meals without spending a fortune, as well as having evening snacks, and packing food for daily excursions. very nice all around. the unit we were in had a huge jacuzzi tub, but a very small shower. no problem, we just used the bigger guest shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and after hours checkin was great!

We had a really nice stay at Laurel Point Resort! The room was clean for the most part. We did notice a few small hairs on the shower ceiling, but honestly it wasn’t a big issue for us. Check-in was very smooth, especially considering we arrived around 7:20 PM, about two hours after the normal check-in hours had ended. I really appreciated that we were still able to get into our room without any trouble, and we were able to complete the rest of the check-in process the following day. The Wi-Fi in the area did go down for a while during our stay, starting at night and lasting overnight into the following afternoon. However, the staff communicated with us well and let us know once it was working again. It wasn’t a major inconvenience since we were out and about for most of our stay anyway. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and really appreciated how helpful and communicative the staff were!

We had a great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which made our stay very pleasant. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and quick to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was convenient and had everything we needed for a short family stay. The property was quiet, well maintained, and in a good location. The only small improvement would be to update a few furnishings, but it did not affect our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

This was a great place, up in the mountains, within the Smokey National Park. The last turn in and up to the property was sharp and somewhat tricky to see from the one direction, so just know that. I for one wanted to see bears and the fam and I saw 3 - it was great! Our room(s) were much larger than expected and my son really enjoyed the jet bath!

Was really nice, great setup, fully equipped, comfortable with superb views of the mountains. The pool, hot tub and sauna are very nice after a day of hiking. The location is ideal, the national park and Gatlinburg are both just a few minutes away. The furniture was a tad worn but overall very satisfied.
