Smoky Mountain National Park

This property was in a great location as we could just walk downtown to see the sights and was close to the entrance to the national park. Place was very clean and kept in good condition.

Great location and condo

The condo was beautiful and was very convenient to all the shops in downtown Gatlinburg. I definitely recommend this condo and would book this condo again if I plan to be in Gatlinburg again. Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful condo with others.

Great condo in a great location!

Easy check in process to very secure condo. Location was great (walkable to town). The condo had plenty of room, was as pictured and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Way too many extra fees...

The place was clean. The lights were weird in the master bath. There is extra parking available and it would have been nice if somebody would've told me that. I tried contacting 3 times about that but never got an answer. We had 3 vehicles and were concerned about what we were going to have to deal with. The fees that they tacked on after rent were ridiculous. Location was convenient. The guy at the front desk was super nice. The lady was not friendly at all. There were 6 of us and we all felt that there was plenty of space. Beds were okay. Could use some new pillows. I'm glad it wasn't any hotter outside. It was in the high 80's and the A/C was trying real hard to keep up. They have it set to not go below 69 I think it was. .. All in all, it was nice, just make sure you keep track of all of those fee, I didn't and was disappointed after I saw them.

Photos can’t tell the whole story

I pay a premium price for comfort, but I would not here stay again unless the master mattress was replaced and the couches that are ripped, and so worn out that they give no butt or back support, were replaced as well. 3 days with no place to get really comfortable. Otherwise the rest of the unit was nice and the location made it easy to just walk to the main road in Gatlinburg!

Nice property with great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. It had comfortable common spaces, as well as large bedrooms and bathrooms. Only a short walk to The Parkway. The checkin / checkout process was super easy. We will be back.

LR furniture needs replacing, could update kitchen appliances, also sink in one bathroom not bolted down. Showers need cleaning.

Loves it, but Bad at Memorizing Codes

Overall Everts was Great! Location, clean room, nice lobby, provided laundry detergent and dish detergent. ONLY Minor COMPLAINT: You have to enter codes at elevator and doors to enter building and room. Cards would be easier. Trying to pull out your phone to find the code every time especially when holding bags, babies, luggage, food etc. Not easy.

So the location is great but condo needs some updating & please add better towls & etc.

So check in was great & pictures looked just like unit! But the unit was not the cleanest! So my main complaint is the the towl's; pillows and bed linens were in very pore condition! The toilet paper was see thru come on on much does good stuff cost! Next the unit only included one extra garbage bag, small clothes washing packet & one dish washing packet all for our four night stay! Second could never get Wifi to work called phone # they couldn't helpus at all! Next the power went out twice in one day the first time in morning for 1 hour but the second time was for 3.5 hours during the Alabama CFT game which really made me mad! So the buttom line is I travel a lot stay at all kinds of hotels and resorts for this price we could have stayed at a four star resort with a lot more amenitys!

Smoky Mountain Retreat

Location is fantastic, you can walk to everything in Gatlinburg and are at the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park and a very short drive to Pigeon Forge. The property was easy to get to, check-in and enjoy. It was extremely clean and the layout of bedrooms and baths was wonderful. The only critical feedback we had was the property is starting to show some signs of needing reinvestment in furnishings. The kitchen sink has a leak around the o-ring, the dishwasher racks are rusty as the protective coating is peeled off in several places, the couches look nice but the cushions are worn out and you sit on the frame of the couch. In general a reinvestment in family room furniture and kitchen appliances will keep this property at the top of the list for us for our next trip.
