Beautiful cabin, with great views! The hot tub actually gets hot unlike other places we have stayed at as they seem to have a regulator set. The pool is a big hot tub and the kids loved it! Would absolutely book again.

It was gorgeous up in the mountains! The hot tub was so nice and relaxing with the views! The kids loved the pool spa downstairs! Very spacious for a big family! Lots to do! We loved making s’mores and playin pool! The owners are super friendly and help navigate you with any questions you may have with your stay!

Wonderful scenery

This place was awesome! All the way at the top of the mountain. We were there five minutes and saw our first bear. The kids thought it was cool!The place was clean and pretty big, lots to do and about 25 mins from the strip. We will be going back there.

Family Vacation

My family and I recent visited this cabin and I must be honest; it was very underwhelming. The photos showed a very promising cabin, along with positive reviews, that would have been perfect for my family. But when we arrived, it was severely disappointing. Prior to the check-in, I had messaged the host, asking the stair situation as I have a 10-month-old that is beginning to crawl, and we were using a third party for baby rental gear so I wanted to know how many gates I would need to rent. I received no response until an automated reply after our first night. The pool itself was unclean with no chlorine tablets in the floating dispenser. I tried contacting the parent company but the contact info given in the email was not working. Furthermore, the "pool" water was cloudy/greenish in color, unlike the clear water in the hot tub. Beyond that, the door leading into the pool area would not turn nor close, and the hinges were so rusted that they appeared to be on the verge of falling apart. Also, a realtor portfolio for the same property we were stay at was left on the living room coffee table, so I am unsure if the current owners are trying to sell the property or not. There are more things that were upsetting with this property, but I only get 1500 characters to write a review but what I have mentioned were the major concerns that I dealt with initially (plus the house construction right next to our bedroom). I will be glad to add photos if needed.

Grand Vacation

This was a lovely home. We have vacationed in previous years in the same area on Bear Cub Way, but at one of the other homes. This vacation and home was much nicer and cleaner. The pool was clean too!! As always, the kids got to say many, many bears without leaving the cabin. Lol. Make sure you lock your car doors and doors to cabin! There were no issues. Next year if we do not choose a location closer to town, we will reserve another date with Serenity Summitt.

Worth the drive!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain cabin! The views from every angle were absolutely stunning, and the home itself was spotless and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The hosts were great—checking in during our stay to see if we needed anything and even gave great restaurant recommendations. The welcome guide was thoughtfully put together and answered any questions we had.We really appreciated the heads-up about the steep drive up; it was helpful to be prepared. But the breathtaking views made it more than worth it—and to top it all off, we even spotted a bear on our drive back one evening and again on our way out of town, which was such a memorable moment for our family!Thank you for making our first family trip stress-free and so enjoyable!

Great visit

The place is conveniently located near downtown Gatlinburg & Smokey Mountain National Park. The drive to get to those places though not a lot of miles, does take some extra time since you are driving up or down a mountain. The views were great and allowed for some awesome views of lightening during a night storm. It did rain a few of the 7 days we were there, having the indoor pool worked out great. Lastly, we cooked all of our dinners at the house. It was well equipped with everything needed.

Family get away

The cabin was exactly as described - beautiful and easy to check in and out. Our teenagers loved the pool, pool table, and game room. The owner also checked in with us to ensure everything was going smoothly. We highly recommend it. We had a visit by a bear two of the three nights we were there. He was going through neighbors garbage and coolers they left on the porch. Kids loved seeing a bear in the wild but I don't recommend leaving trash or coolers outside.

Thanksgiving in the Smokies

This home was as presented, great views, easy parking. Three king beds offered comfort for all the adults, bathrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen offered everything we needed to easily prepare meals. The kids enjoyed the hot tub as well as the pool. Super nice and attentive host. A great family vacation, hope to visit again.10/10

Great Time!

Overall, the stay was awesome. The views were great and the drive to the cabin is a great experience in itself. I think we saw more wildlife at the cabin and drive up than we did in the smokies! Make sure to lock your car as a bear figured out how to open my truck door and look for some food. I will say they are considerate bears as no scratches just a nice bear print on the seat :). The cabin itself was very well stocked with what you need for a home away from home. Overall, had a blast and will definitely do again if we come back to the Smokies!

Best views!

We had a wonderful time in this cabin! Everything was as listed and very clean. We saw several bears while at the cabin. Wonderful views! This will be the fourth time staying in a cabin in Gatlinburg and it's by far our favorite cabin. Something for everyone, my 8 year old son loved the pool, my 21 year old daughter enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. My husband put good use to the grill every night of our stay. My favorite was the breath taking views. Will definitely book this cabin again for our next trip!

Beautiful property!

We had a fantastic experience -- the property owners were responsive to all questions and the home was fantastic. When at the home, you felt far away from it all but yet it was a short drive to Smoky Mountain National Park, Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We feel lucky to have found this place and will definitely return
