My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. It had everything you could want—games, a theater, hot tub, fire pit, grills, and an indoor heated pool. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and still feel comfortable. Swimming in the heated pool while watching the snow fall outside was easily one of the highlights of our trip.

Perfect!

The house was huge with a lot of space! It wasn't too far from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. I loved that we weren't right in town and that the resort community made it easy and comfortable to run the "loop" and let the kids hang out front throwing baseballs and riding bikes without worry!

1st Time to Gatlinburg

Beautiful accommodations. Great location. Easy access to grocery and featured attractions. Pool was fantastic for the kids in our group. Management responsive in a timely manner and took care of our needs immediately. Don’t even think twice about booking Lumberjack Lodge. Far exceeded our expectation.

Great cabin!

We had 8 adults and one teen with us for our trip and the cabin was awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities but especially the pool and hot tub.

Nice Cabin

Nice cabin and plenty of room. Kids enjoyed the pool. The cleanliness of the cabin is not great. The bed sheets had hair and eyelashes on them. Dishes and spatulas had food still on them. The office handled it well and sent clean sheets.

Lumberjack Lodge

Family vacation with 9 people. There were 5 bedrooms which made it nice. All king beds except one room with queen size mattresses. Price of rental was fair. Did not have a Mountain View but was ok on patio. Got to see a bear. Was a fun time. Was in mountains but not too far from downtown Gatlinburg. Very windy roads to cabin so take your time.

HORRIBLE, NEVER AGAIN $4000 WASTED

The cabin was beautiful, but that is all I an say on that subject. Now where do I begin, first the facility cleanliness was substandard. On the day we checked in we were told the cabin was ready earlier than expected. When we go there we walked into a dirty cabin. Dirty soiled sheets, stained bed mattress covers, dirty tubs, broken kitchen sink stopper, black dirty broom (molded), dirty dishes, crud in the bottom of the kitchen trash can, toilet water leaking in the bottom bathroom, obvious fingerprints of previous guests on surfaces. Me and my family were totally and utterly disgusted. We wanted a refund , was told no. I was refunded $100 for the cleaning and they offered to resend out house keeping. So help me understand, if they did not do their job originally why in the hell would I ENT them to com out and try it again. I will never book through this site again. It is a bait and switch and the customers did stuck. My family and I were looking to have a great vacation and it was ruined from the moment we walked through the doors of the fact were staying

Disquesting Cabin

Disgusting! The photos shown must be 10 years old. All the furnishings are worn out/ripped bedding- entire places needs cleaned and updated. Upon arrival we were unable to check in until 430 because they were still "cleaning" the cabin. Sat out front waiting an hour and a half. When they finished, the cleaning crew did not have the door code for us so we had to drive back down the mountain towards town and contact Elk Springs for the door code (no cell service st the cabin). Human feces in the upstairs toliet, the place was sticky everywhere, socks under beds, cigar wrappers on the floor, carpet stained everywhere, movie theater room is a joke- barely able to see the projector image because the bulb is shot. 6 or more light bulbs burnt out. Dishwasher and toaster were broken. Contacted Elk Springs and they brought a new toaster- but just said sorry dishwasher needs replaced, had to wash dishes by hand throughout the "vacation". For the price, reccomend staying elsewhere. The cabin next to us had a maintenance guy there all week trying to fix their place. Stay away from Elk Springs- much better options in the area. I assume the management company will respond with a generic response. They WERE notified of these issues and nothing more than an apology was offered. Hoping we didn't catch anything in this place- disgustingly dirty.

I Loved it

I loved it. I seen a lot of bears beautiful. The house was huge for a big family of 8 adults and 6 kids. I will definitely book this cabin again.
