This condo is part of The Summit Condos of Gatlinburg, just 3.6 miles from the city center. Enjoy the peace of the mountains with quick access to restaurants, shops, and the national park.



Getting Around:

Paved roads and parking up to the unit.

We recommend a 4x4 vehicle when traveling in the Smoky Mountains, especially in the winter or during heavy rain.



Other Things to Note:

• Guests must be 21 years or older to book.

• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.

• A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for mountain access. Roads are paved, but weather can affect conditions.

• Fireplace is woodburning—please bring your own firewood.

• Coffee maker is a combo Keurig and drip—bring your own coffee.

• The outdoor pool is HOA-controlled and typically open Memorial Day through late August. Dates may vary.

• The indoor pool and hot tub are temporarily closed for repairs by the HOA. We do not control maintenance or reopening timelines.

• Washer/dryer and game room are located in the main clubhouse and require payment.

• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.

• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.

• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.

• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area.

• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

• Property Access: Your privacy is important to us. While we do not anticipate needing to access the property during your stay, authorized management, maintenance, housekeeping, or service personnel may occasionally need to enter for inspections, repairs, maintenance, safety concerns, or emergencies. Whenever reasonably possible, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. If we are unable to reach you, do not receive a response, or immediate access is reasonably necessary, authorized personnel may enter after knocking and announcing themselves, or immediately in the event of an emergency, as permitted by applicable law. We will always respect your privacy and strive to minimize any disruption to your stay.
