The floors were very dirty. No broom. No cleaning supplies. Not enough dish towels. Refrigerator was dirty. The towels wasn't clean. We always leave tips everywhere we go, but not this time. Thanks

We can’t say enough good things about this property. The location, the cleanliness, the amenities, everything was perfect! We would highly recommend this property to anyone with a large group. We really liked that each bedroom upstairs had its own bathroom. The kitchen, dining room and living room area was much larger than appeared in the pictures. It was perfect for gathering with our large family for dinners and game nights. Would definitely book again.

Unfortunately we got off to a bad start with the lawn not being mowed in a long time. And when the weeds were finally cut they weren't cleaned up making it hard to use the fire pit and the cars had to be cleaned off. Then the propane tank was almost empty. We did receive a new tank the next day. It was because of these issues we gave a 4-star rating. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable and the cabin was very cozy. I would highly recommend this property. We totally enjoyed our stay.

What a great long weekend! Great location, clean and very comfortable cabin. It was perfect for our party of ten. My bed was so comfortable that it made me not to miss my own bed. The kitchen and bathrooms were equipped with everything we needed. But the entertainment room was the cherry on top of the cake. It rained every day but there was so much to do that it didn’t bother us to have to go back earlier to the cabin. Communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Great cabin. Love the king size bed in all 4 upstairs bedrooms. Pillows are little bit soft; may want to bring your own if you are a picky sleeper. We saw bears every day and really enjoyed bear watching.

No need to leave this house to see wildlife. At least 1 bear a day. Make sure your cars are locked. Great stay. Clean house. The host is easy to work with. Great location and the house is as advertised.

Great cabin

This was a great cabin for a large group of families. There were four king suites and a bunk room, theatre room, arcade and pool table on the bottom floor. The house was close to everything and well stocked. Def recommend this place

Family vacation 2025

The whole family was so impressed with this property. Not only was it dog friendly, they had a set up that welcomed the fur babies right along with the owners. The location was only mins from downtown Gatlinburg. Would definitely recommend this property. A heads up tho, you have to watch for bears, we had a couple visit us and they checked out all the cars parked there. But hey, its a moutains experience and can not be helped by the owners.

5 Star Cabin

As a VRBO host myself, I have pretty high standards for VRBOs and this place exceeded expectations. They really thought of all the details including dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dog leash in case you forgot one, large dog kennel, dog bowls, plenty of kids plates/cups, extra blankets, hot tub towels, lamps with device charging ports in the bedrooms, coffee k cups and bathroom toiletries. It was sparkling clean and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Cabin for our family vacation

It was an easy check-in and check-out process. When we arrived the cabin was extremely clean and had some snacks set out for us. The cabin was the perfect size for our family and our friends family. It was nice to have some good coffee k-cups too! We enjoyed our stay very much and would be interested in staying there again in the future!
