The cabin was very nice the only thing I would say is it could use a good dusting there were cob webs and fans needed dusting and I love when I go to the mountains to be able to sit on the deck and eat my breakfast but you could not do that in this cabin because of the bears I think the porch should be closed in so you could sit out and not have to worry about bears all in all it was very nice and the host was very easy to communicate with the view was amazing and I think the front doors should have regular glass in them so you can see the view and needs a porch light that you can turn on so you see outside without going out to make the motion light come on but we had a very good time

Absolutely wonderful

Easy from start to finish. Host was very helpful and attentive answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. Even checked in to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. The cabin was and view are gorgeous and super clean. Our family had a great time and we would highly recommend this cabin to anyone! Thank you for being such great host! Memorial Day weekend

Easy to get to the cabin. Everything worked besides the master bathroom jacuzzi jets. The cabin was clean and had plenty of amenities. Great view and made a couple of wildlife friends seeing a bear the 1st day and a racoon that basically walked up to us to check us out. Overall great stay and i recommend this cabin...

Quick trip to the smokies

My family was out of town for a family reunion and we decided to stay one more night. Able to rent this cabin for one night was perfect. Had everything we needed plus more for our quick trip and the view is amazing!! The best part was the communication from the host!! I literally did not have to think and question anything. He provided all info plus more through VRBO. Very smooth process!! Thank u. Will be back!!

Wonderful week at Heavenly View. Close enough for forays into Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville. Glorious mountain views. Had a nightly visitor on the porch, a racoon that was not too shy. Seen plenty of bear, mama with one cub, mama with three cubs, and several loners. Cabin is well stocked with the proper cooking utensils. All in all a fabulous week.

Needs updating

Would not recommend, due to excessive charges for damages. Home was dirty upon check in and smoke detectors were not properly working. Positives were the views, but the poor property management outweighed the price. Next time I will definitely select a different cabin!

Beautiful view

The view is awesome and we saw bears 3 times. The house could use a deep cleaning. And it is also do for update, a lot of the items and furniture has been there a long time. Come prepared no extras are provided.(dish soap, can opener, food wrap, coffee filters, tissue)

Great location and amazing views.

Overall, the location and views were amazing. Kitchen and livingroom were clean. There were some cobwebs and dust that needed to be cleaned up but overall the property was great. Didn’t get a chance to use hot tub because of the games being played all weekend.

Beautiful Views

Perfect for large families. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms on three floors. We saw a lot of bears! Property owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. Good location only 20 minutes outside Gatlinburg off Hwy 321.

God's Miracle

My husband and I stayed at Heavenly View for 2 weeks in October of 2023 during leaf season. We wanted to visit the Smoky Mountains and it was beautiful, but very crowded. Heavenly View was about 15-20 minutes from all the crowds. The view when we pulled in the driveway "WOW!" The house had everything we wanted. A master bedroom with full bathroom on the 1st floor, air conditioning (it was unusually warm while we were there and very thankful for ac), full washer and dryer, and a view that was to die for. Lois is very easy to work with and she was just a phone call away. There are many things to do and restaurants, grocery store, gas stations are all within a 20 minute drive. We love the ocean, but this mountain vacation comes in a very close 2nd. Do not hesitate to rent this vacation home.

Beautiful deck view!

Beautiful view from deck. House is very nice but needs some maintenance upkeep. A broken lamp, closet doors off the hinges, no can opener. I made the owner aware of these issues.

The view is beautiful the cabin layout good the bears site was very close. Mamma and 3 cubs visited very day. but it needs updated. water damage to basement carpet very musty smell. That we were disappointed in. The beds also need updated and bedding. Thank you

Lois was so communicative. Check in was easy. Property was super clean. Instructions were clear. Property is set up beautifully for multiple families. Rustic but modern and stunning views. Close to the action but far enough away if you’d rather have a non touristy get away. A++++

Great for large families or a friends' getaway

This home was cozy and had unbelievable views of the mountains! It felt like a bit of a drive into Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge but nothing major. We would definitely stay there again!

Fall Extended Weekend

The views from the deck are the high point of this cabin. They are absolutely amazing! We did not use the kitchen area to cook but the entire house was stocked and had what we needed for our stay. It's an extremely nice cabin with country/cabin decor, but if your expecting high end more modern/up to date this isn't your place. It was perfect for us. I've already recommended to friends.

Pictures do no Justice

One of the first things we noticed was that the pictures do this place no justice! The view is absolutely beautiful and made it hard to say goodbye. The kitchen was very stocked with utensils and coffee maker with single cup and full pot option was great for our group. Some rooms still have outdated TVs but we didn't mind because it was like taking a step back in time when life was so much simpler. We loved that everyone had their own area to disappear to when not doing group activities. The cabin wasn't hard to find and town wasn't very far away. Cleaning doesn't seem like a top priority with the housekeeper, nothing too crazy but we found trash and clothing items under beds. Other than that it was clean everywhere else. Overall I'm sure we'll be back! My husband and I have come to Tennessee many times and this cabin was one of our favorites!
