This cabin was just as advertised. Very spacious. Would be great for a large or extended family trip. Our group can't wait to go back and stay at Three Bears Lodge again.

Beautiful cabin with amazing view! Very clean-comfortable beds. Loved the lights from Gatlinburg at night! Coming from flat prairie in Texas to mountains in Tennessee was awesome! Be careful on the mountain roads.Would love to return.

We had a great visit. The house is solidly built and roomy. House is quiet, which is important when there is a large group. It is at a high elevation, so we had snow when town did not. Great visit.

This was nothing short of a terrible experience. The cabin did not have the advertised view. The fridge did not work so our groceries were ruined then we were told it was fixed and it was not. Could not enjoy outside amenities due to sewage overflow with a terrible. Smaller things were arcade game didn’t work, towels have a sour smell, items from previous guest in the floor, on arrival water as in the kitchen floor, and bugs. Owner was responsive but did not correct any of the problems and a ted as if fridge was working properly which it was not. Overpaid for a terrible experience.

Our 2024 vacation with friends was wonderful! House was great! Unfortunately never got a chance to use the hot tub because there were bears always around on the property. Having never been in the Smoky Mountains the roads around the cabin are crazy! Did not stay out late due to crazy roads. Would definitely go back. The oweners of the property were very fast with any questions we had.

Beautifully decorated cabin with a lovely view of the mountain from the top floor. There is new home construction next door where the builders leave a lot of trash including food garbage. We woke up each morning to large bears very close to the cabin because of this. We did not spend much time outside the cabin because of it. Other than that, it was lovely.

This cabin is perfect for a family of teenage kids. The kitchen is fully stocked and enough seating for everyone to eat at the table. Bathrooms everywhere! The downstairs is the perfect spot for the teenagers to be as loud as they wanted (I couldn’t hear them in my bedroom). We loved the pool table and arcade game. Our host was wonderful and sent us coupons for our stay also. I wish I was still there reading my book and looking at the mountains.

Overall a great stay. Price was fair and space was perfect for our needs. We went skiing at Ober so this spot was very convenient. Views are great as well. It is a shame a new property is being built next door, and at times the construction was loud at 8am. However, it did not hinder our stay. Would recommend and stay again in the future.

This home is in a beautiful location with gorgeous views. There are a few other cabins near by and it appears that maybe there is another one that is about to be built very near the back yard of this property (dirt work being done at time of stay - September 2023) we had a few minor issues with cleanliness, but nothing that would keep us from staying here. (Not trying to be negative, we were sure the cleaners were just in a hurry and missed a few things- we did not contact the owner about this) The game room was entertaining for all of us, and the sleeping arrangements were all great. Watch out for additional fees to be charged to your card the day of checkout that you're not told about previously. Thankfully we had the funds to cover it. All in all, this is a great place to stay in the smokies and is comfortable for the whole family!
