The condo was not that close to town, the listing said it was an newly remodeled but was not. There were a lot of problems with the condo. The road to the condo was a true Tennessee mountain road that was not easy to drive at night and if you get car sick don't do itThe view was nice and we had bears every night if you were lucky enough to see them.

Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge

Perfect condo for myself, husband and daughter. We really just needed a place to lay our heads at night after a day of exploring and this was perfect for that. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner also. The coupon book was also a very nice addition and the view was perfect. Highly recommend staying here.

Family getaway

Quiet area and amazing views!

We loved staying here! The condo was clean and spacious for our family of four. The kids loved having their own room and bathroom. It was nice to have the small kitchen for breakfast, snacks, and leftovers. This condo is up in the mountains, so expect a drive on a winding road, but the amazing views and quiet complex are worth it. Recommendations - advertise the indoor pool and leave swim towels for guests. Curtains or blackout shades would be good to consider as well as the lights from outside felt bright in a dark bedroom. It took us a few minutes to find the WiFi info (on the fridge!) and it would have been helpful to have this info before checking in. Overall a great stay and we will be recommending it friends and family. Thank you!!

Nice quiet location

The property was just as advertised, with very convenient parking and a very nice indoor pool. Communication with the hosts was excellent. If you are looking to stay outside of town, this could be a good choice.

Comfortable and clean

The condo was clean and comfortable. The road to the condo is very curvy and at some points steep, but the scenery is beautiful and serene. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Close to Downtown with all the amenities of home!

We enjoyed our stay here at The Summit! We loved how close we were to town and the National Park. The condo has all the amenities of home you can need. It is in a quiet location with beautiful views. We did not hear any of our neighbors once! There are several bears that den near the property and we were blessed to see them everyday,even cubs! We would enjoy mornings on the deck watching the cubs play below us! The beds and linens were so comfortable. There was nothing we needed that the place was lacking! Thanks for having us!

Listing needs attention

I’m not someone to complain or be a “Karen” but this listing has many things that need fixed. Toilet off of living area does not work properly we had to keep the lid off the tank and fix the stopper after every flush because it is faulty. Bed linens weren’t even on the twin beds in one of the bedrooms and chip crumbs were left in small bedroom on one of the twin beds. Lots of chipped paint on the walls and stains on baseboards. There were only two rolls of toilet paper in the whole place. Nasty ice left in the ice trays in the refrigerator. Showers had hairs in them when we arrived.

Mountain Top Condo

The property was just as listed. It was clean and perfect for our family of 4. We got to see a mama bear with her cubs that came right up to the balcony. The cubs played in a tree right in front of our balcony while the mama bear just sat in front of us about 10 feet away. It was so peaceful to just sit out there and watch nature, enjoying the views. The property owner was excellent with communication and making sure we had anything we needed. Definitely will plan another stay at this location for the winter! Thank you to the Anderson's!

Great Stay!

To start off, the host is absolutely superb to communicate and work with. Justin answered any questions instantly and was a pleasure to book with. The property is up in the mountains, quite high in the mountains, so be aware of that when you book. Check in was super easy. The view from the back patio is phenomenal. We were able to see bears daily! They walk around the property quite frequently. Home was clean and has what we needed for your stay, but we did bring extra bath towels and beach towels for the pool. Pool was always warm( heated). The property is away from the hustle and bustle but it is close enough to get into town to do things! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Everything we could ask for!!!

Our stay at the condo was perfect!! There wasn't a single thing I would change. The condo was spotless when we arrived, beds and linens were soft and comfy, kitchen area provided all we needed, and the view was beautiful. Justin was a great host, easy to contact and quick to answer my questions. Would absolutely recommend to friends and hope to return soon. Thanks Justin and Kari!!

Cozy and Quiet Condo in the Smokies

We had a great visit to the Smokies. Communication with Justin was great. There were a few issues in the condo (master bedroom remote didn’t work and sofa bed was broken and completely unusable). He offered to send someone to fix but we declined because we didn’t necessarily need it for our trip. Hopefully the sofa bed will be fixed because I think I read another review that mentioned this. Beds and pillows were very comfy and plenty of towels and linens. Location is great, close to Gatlinburg strip. We saw 2 black bears in the parking lot one night and several others on the trip!

Nice, clean and quiet property!

A very nice and quiet apartment. More than enough space for family of 4. Condo was very clean and had everything you need to stay. Views from balcony are beautiful! A little tricky to drive to the top of the hill but getting used to after a couple rides. Justin was very helpful with some ideas for first time travelers. Also, we had a question and got the answer within minutes. Nice place to stay!

Good place

It was a clean location. Although it’s not far distance wise from town, it took a while to access the property as it’s very high on the mountain! Typical of the area though. The property was clean inside, but there were trash remnants outside on the lawn from patio. The floor was not level in some spots and slick in some others (like the cleaning staff waxed the floors and left cleaner on it) otherwise, main level easy condo access for packing/unpacking! Would go back again!

Great to stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, about 10-15 minute drive to strip. Communication with Justin was also timely and positive. He made sure we had what we needed and if not offered to assist. Only thing I can say is that if your not use to driving up the mountain make sure you go while its light out. However I would recommend this property for someone stay.
