This property is nicely equipped. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was provided. This is our second time staying at this same unit and it is still as nice at it was a few years ago. Communication with the hosts was outstanding. They are very quick to respond to any questions. Excellent property in a great location with a fantastic host. Family of five, we walked everywhere in downtown G’burg. Back in the unit, we found great local art and really nice furnishings, including top notch linens, towels & area rugs. Our host and I communicated a few times, and he couldn’t have been more responsive. Thoroughly recommend, and we will absolutely stay here again.

Great condo and location. We saw a Bear right outside our patio both days! The only negative I could even think of is the size of the hill walking back up. It’s a beast! Otherwise great location and really nice place.

This was a wonderful place for our girlfriend getaway! The property was super clean and beautifully decorated. It is an easy walk to shops & restaurants, and had plenty of space for six women. We were disappointed that the outdoor hot tub seemed to be closed for the season, but we made the best of it by taking turns in the jacuzzi tub. We'll definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

Everything was exactly as listed with the property. It was within walking distance of the gatlinburg shops.we didnt have to speak to the property manager much during our stay as we didnt have any issues, but when we did we received very prompt responses. I would stay here again. Home is well stocked with all necessities.

This condo is conveniently located close to downtown and all the fun things! It was very nicely decorated and well stocked with basic kitchen items and linens. It is located at the top of a steep driveway, so if you have mobility issues, it might be best to drive down to street level and park. We loved our stay here!

Place was as described. Host was great with no issues. Only reason rating a 4 and not a 5 is due to elevator to street was not working. Will be out of service 1-3 weeks. Major hill to climb without it working. Out of host’s control but still very inconvenient and would be an issue if not fit to walk the significant incline.

The condo was beautifully decorated. A family of 5 definitely had plenty of space. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio, watching the bears and raccoons pass by. While at the pool, we got to see a mother bear and her 3 cubs enjoy the afternoon. We will definitely be back.

Summer break

The condo was just the right size for our family of 5. It was very cozy with great amenities. Check in and check out process was very easy. Location is every for us when on vacy. This was perfect for us! There was also no noise whatsoever from the main parkway or even the neighbors. The owner was very gracious and very available. We would definitely return to this condo for our next mountain adventure!

We’ve stayed at condo’s at Summit Manor before and always had good experiences with the property and location. This unit was wonderful! Very clean and our host provided excellent information as well as great communication! He was our best host! We truly appreciated the hospitality! In a future stay, we do hope the elevator to street level is fixed prior to a return trip! It was most convenient on our last stay! But if you are good with climbing a step hill regularly to reach the complex, you will be ok!

Absolutely perfect gateway location to the National Park! This property is comfortable and nicely decorated. Lovely to sit outside on patio/lanai in the morning before getting going to watch the smoke on the mountains and listen to the birds. The host was easy to communicate with.

Great Stay in Gatlinburg

The condo is in the thick of Gatlinburg! Everything is within walking distance in Gatlinburg with pigeon forge or Dollywood a short drive away. The condo is clean and spacious. It felt like home away from home for the weekend.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely condo in Gatlinburg. Super conveniently located with all the amenities you'll ever need. We especially loved the fluffy blankets! Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. Will definitely book here again!
