The hostess was very friendly and easy to work with! The condo was clean and well decorated. The hallway bathroom and kitchen cabinets could use some updates, but overall we were happy with our stay and would book here again!

The unit was very cute and pretty clean. The main bathroom was very small, pretty old, the shower was just a small standup shower and the bath in the other bedroom seemed like the shower/ tub was not attached to the wall because it moved a little. But other than those couple things it was nice for our couple day stay.

Everything better than we hoped

Great location, great view, national park and Gatlinburg easy to find. Also, plenty of space for everyone here

My family enjoyed our stay! Kathryn was quick to respond to questions I had during our stay. The condo was very clean and everyone in my family had a place to sleep.

Great place!

Beautiful condo in the mountains! We’ll kept and plenty of room! We had a great experience. Great place to stay close to Gatlinburg. Very clean!

The location was great for morning walks with beautiful views or grabbing a cup of coffee and sitting on a bench looking at the landscape. The view from our room was not good when the trees are full. The worst part was when shortly after I returned from a walk a dude claiming to be pest control opened the front door and came into the unit. That put me on edge the remainder of the trip because I had my children with me. He did not return, but wish I would have gotten different reassurances from the owner. Other than that, loved the unit and location. The coffee/tea setup made everything better...nicely done. Here are pics from my favorite bench outside with a cup of coffee.

Summer family vacay

Kathryn was great! She was very quick to reply with any questions we had regarding the stay. The property is high atop Ski Mountain with great views. Very easy access to downtown Gatlinburg and a short drive into Pigeon Forge. The condo was comfy, and accommodating, for our group of 8. The only downfall was there was no elevator—for longer stays with a large group and little ones or the elderly, it may be hard on them with the up and down stairways. Overall, we were pleased and would totally stay again!

Weekend Getaway

Getting to the property was an adventure but the view of the mountains and city were spectacular. Kathryn was wonderful to work with. She communicated promptly and answered all questions we had. Having games, puzzles, and basic necessities already there were a nice touch. We didn't have to run back out right away because she had what we needed already there. The property was a little smaller in person after viewing the pictures online. The complex was surprisingly quiet which was nice. Overall I would say the stay was fun and relaxing and I would definitely stay again.

Cute and cozy

This condo was pretty much as advertised. The decor was modern and well done. When you looked closer, you could see that some foundational items could use upgrades. The bathrooms and kitchen in particular needed updated paint, countertops, drywall work. The kitchen appliances could also use an upgrade as they were all pretty outdated and the dishwasher sounded like a race car when it ran. I would suggest adding additional kitchen towels and washcloths. There was only one dish towel to be found. However everything was neat and tidy and provided what we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We had two adults and 2 kids so the space was perfect. I would not recommend for more than 4 due to the small size of the living room area and kitchen. The drive up took about 7m from downtown gatlinburg straight up the mountain. There is a small pizza place with a tiny market about halfway down the mountain. 20min from pigeon forge. Overall good value for the price!
