This was a wonderful cabin. Plenty of rooms, games and all the amenities were great. Even when we found damages around they came within the hour to fix it. Great location. I will definitely be returning with the entire family. Thank you guys for allowing us to stay and this great cabin !

Beautiful house amazing location , just a few minor things that could be taking into consideration. With the amount of people staying there the water in the showers get very cold quickly & we basically washed with cold water the whole trip. Also with us staying over 5 days i believe we should have been more equipped with essentials such as dish detergents, HEAVYDUTY TRASHBAGS, irons, papertowels & tissue. At the time of departure trash bins were locked with no combination code about it. Also communication with host should be 24 hours. Because of being told to not to dump grease in sink their shouldve been somewhere to dispose it. But very spacious and nice neighborhood

Great, great property! We spent Thanksgiving with my family, including my parents, my siblings, and their children, so the group was rather large. All week we sang praises about the property and how accommodating it was for our needs. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. The property was spotless. The property looks much better in person than it even looks in the listing. Very large, spacious, and the basement was an absolute lifesaver for the kids. I probably saw my kids 50% of the day because they were downstairs playing pool and games. The kitchen could use a few extra utensils, like a wine bottle opener, by fortunately some of us had some supplies with us. One thing that stood out the most is how responsive the property owner and maintenance team were. For example, we could not figure out how to turn on the fireplace, and the next day someone arrived and was able to get it going for us. It was also very sweet of the property owner to decorate the home with a Christmas tree, and Christmas lights outside. It created such a warm and holiday-feeling vibe. The property is in a small neighborhood with similar homes, and just a few minutes of a drive from downtown Gatlinburg. You have several hiking trail heads about 20 to 30 minute drive away. And be sure to spend a day at Dollywood! One thing to make note of, related to the topic of free tickets, you only get one free ticket per attraction per person in your group. We will definitely be back though! Thank you Bear Tracts!

Great place for family gathering

Check-in was easy, we entered the 10 digit code then changed it to something shorter while we stayed, which was an easy process. The bathrooms and kitchen had little boxes of small sized soaps and a spongeThe rooms were nice and each one had a bathroom which was nice.There's a little grocery store within a 5 minute drive to that was convenient. Bears visted multiple times a day so it was advised to keep food out of vehicles and lock your doors.The hot tub cover seemed to be broken, possibly by a bear, so it was a little hard to check for the bromine filter which was required by the management company.The stay was great and accommodated our large group of 16.The property only had one fridge and for a group of 16 and it didn't quite fit our needs so I'd suggest brining a couple of coolers. If they added a mid-size fridge in the corner by the dining table or converted the pantry to include a fridge of some sort it would be perfect.

The property was well maintained and clean. We spent a lot of time exploring the national park, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so we didn't realize until almost the end of the trip that a couple of the games weren't working. Maintenance was on site promptly to attempt repairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our daily visitors! Not even 10 minutes into settling in, we had a mama and baby bear stop by. The location was super convenient to downtown and the park. It was also a quick trip into Pigeon Forge. I would recommend this cabin and we would stay here again.

This cabin provided a nice getaway for our family for the weekend. The bears show up a lot more than we anticipated which made our family uneasy about getting in the hot tub. I would still consider staying here again on a return trip to the area.

Gatlinburg 2025 family trip

Everything was even better than expected. However we never used the attraction tickets. You either had to call or get on web site to make attraction times. With a large family would be awesome just to have printed tickets and be able to use at any time.

March madness in Gatlinburg

Had a great stay in Gatlinburg. Rental was perfect for our group of four adult Fishermen / college basketball fans (with tons of room to spare). Beds were compfortable after long days hiking and on the water. Short drive to town (walked into town as well). We fished down town in stocked section and in “wild trout” waters.Would definitely rent this property again!

Overall solid rental, close to gatlinburg

Overall, the house was as advertised and in good condition. There is TONS of space. It is close to Gatlinburg proper, and everything worked. Cleanliness of kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas was excellent. We found the kitchen to be very well stocked. It’s essentially in a subdivision, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for something truly private or secluded, but that was the only “con” in terms of location. The movie theater doesn’t have any streaming devices other than an internet connected DVD player. However, it doesn’t support Disney, Apple TV, HBO max, YouTubeTV, etc. You need a physical DVD, or are limited to Netflix, YouTube, or Amazon Prime. Oddly, the theater had physical remotes for a Roku and an Amazon Fire stick, but neither of these devices was present. Having a washer/dryer in the house was very convenient. However, the inside of the washing machine is overdue for cleaning with a fair amount of mildew present. We had the good fortune of experiencing a short power outage during our stay. The management company was very helpful and told us where to find an emergency kit that contained a flashlight. However, no flashlight was present in the kit, but it did contain lots of spare batteries!Overall, our stay was great, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. The little details I commented on are simply small things that represent opportunities for the hosts and management company to improve upon to make it even better for future guests!

Birthday celebration

This propery was wonderful. We had a group of 8 to celebrate my wife's birthday. The house was perfect for our group and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for us. Everyone had a great time and we definitely reccomend staying here.
