We stayed at the cabin for 5 nights. It was my husband, me, son (15), and daughter (7). The location of the cabin to all activities could not have been better! I was looking for the perfect mix of amazing views and not having to drive far to do things and this was it! The upstairs game room was where the kids lived. The only two complaints we have are#1: that we could not figure out how to access the games on the pandora box system and #2: the mater bedroom mattress was probably the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. Other reviews mentioned both of these things. However, everything else was so outstanding, it got the five star rating across the board.

Overall our stay was great. We had ran into a few issues but they were luckily fixed the next day. The location is awesome! You can park at the welcome center and take a trolley into gatlinburgh for free when you go out on the town for shopping or food. Highly recommend local goat and peddlers for food around this location. Do not, and I repeat DO NOT leave your vehicle unattended even for a minute with food in it and any windows down. We had a male bear and a cub get into our car and pull out a small bag of snacks we had in there. We had left the car unattended for literally 1 minute and they were already chowing down within seconds. They are around and very sneaky and quiet! We saw a bear (s) every day of our stay at the cabin and in downtown Gatlinburg two of the days. View was amazing! Would forsure come back.

Absolutely loved our stay. It truly is a million $ view. Breathtaking! We have stayed at TONS of cabins throughout the years as frequent Gatlinburg visitors & this cabins view is at the top if our list! The view is the #1 on our priority list when picking out cabins. We will for sure stay here again! We had small troubles with the keypad to get into cabin but we called and it was taken care of immediately! Great communication & assistance!!! 10/10!!

My wife and I brought our 3 boys (8, 6, 3) here for Fall Break. The cabin was very clean upon arrival, and our boys absolutely loved the upstairs room with the bunk beds, pool table, air hockey table, and the old-school arcade console. The hot tub was also enjoyed multiple times by everyone. We had some very minor issues with some outlets not working, and a leaky faucet in the kitchen but there was nothing major. This cabin's location seemed to be a 25-minute drive away from all of our "excursions" that we scheduled, which made getting around a breeze. We really enjoyed how the cabin was in a secluded area, away from both of the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge touristy areas. This was our first time to the area, and we will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful view and nice property. Only complaint is the house keeping could have done a better job there were cheerios on the chairs and floor left by previous guest among a couple other very small things. But overall it was beautiful and I'd stay again!

The cabin was very nice, close to town and the views were amazing. The hot tub was glorious. Everything as pictured except there is no jetted tub in the bathroom but the hot tub more than made up for that.

Highly highly recommend. We will definitely be back. Great location, the view is absolutely breathtaking. The two-story cabin has everything that you would need and is beautiful on the inside. The two decks were very comfortable for two family’s and the hot tub was a huge bonus. Matt, the host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Thank you Matt & April, we will be back.

Our stay as a family of 6 was amazing. We have 4 kids, ages 14, 13, 11, and 9. The cabin is a perfect size for a family of 6. We all loved the pool table and the arcade games....that was a huge hit! Our kids also loved the hot tub. The cabin was clean, we had plenty of bedding, sheets, and blankets/pillows. Washer and dryer was nice to have and worked great. We really enjoyed the two balconies and the view at this particular cabin, (Million Dollar View), was unobstructed and BREATHTAKING! The cabin was tucked away up in the mountain, yet only about 5 minutes from Gatlinburg, about 10 minutes from the entrance of the National Park, and 10-15 minutes to Pigeon Forge. Bear Tracts Rentals were great to work with and the process was so smooth and easy, with great communication. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again

Overall stay was comfortable and relaxing. Only issue was the sheets and pillow cases hadn't been changed in two of the beds. I had to wash them myself. As well as the main room bed comforter it was filthy and had a bad smell. Also there was so much hair in the bathrooms and on the bedding. None of the DVD player's worked nor did any of the arcade electronics for the kid's. The hot tub was the best attraction. I loved this better than staying in a hotel. More space and having the amenities of a full kitchen with appliances and a washer and dryer was a plus. Another issue was there were ants in the kitchen very bad. I had to buy raid and spray it nightly. I'm a city girl, so the experience was nice.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at MDV. The upstairs entertainment area was perfect for my kids. It was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The ONLY minor downside was being super close to other cabins and the noise level outside( which has nothing to do with cabin itself). We will def book with the company again. Thanks!

When we first arrived for our 6-day stay, we noticed there had been prior wind damage to the property and roof shingles were laying all over the yard and parking area. We had to message the owners to clean up their property. A handful of people made visits on different days before they were partially cleaned up several days later into our stay. The neighbors next to us (identical cabin, different owners) had a broken window and glass was laying in the parking area where guests had to park vehicles and walk over. Clearly these homes aren't inspected on a regular basis for these details to be left for guests to report. I was disappointed in the lack of accommodations at this particular cabin. There are NO cleaning products on-site to use to clean the interior during your stay. Basic cleaning supplies would have been practical. This cabin has a large front porch and there is no outdoor furniture to sit on if you want to enjoy the view on the front side of the home. The hot tub in the rear deck of the home offers a beautiful view of the mountains, but no privacy from your adjacent neighbors. The WiFi password should be left on-site for guests to easily access it, because we had to email management for it, as it wasn't sent to us with the passcode to open the exterior doors. Plan to live out of your suitcase during your stay, as there is only one small dresser in the primary bedroom on the main floor and one micro-closet. The upstairs loft offers no storage for the loft guests. There is a compact stackable washer/dryer in a small closet on the main floor that was surprisingly quiet. You'll want to plan to cook many of your meals at the cabin, as dining out is over-priced to do more than once or twice. They offer a charcoal grill in the parking lot, but due to burning restrictions (which probably are in place more than not in this area) we couldn't grill out but one night of 6 nights. We had a bag of charcoal briquettes that we had left on the front porch, that we had purchased for the one night we were able to grill out, however someone came through, at some point, and took it from us. I thought that was pretty rude! Although we found the cabin to be underwhelmingly accommodating, the views are incredible!

Nice view. spacious, fairly easy access, in general well appointed. Good location, easy to get into town or or out to Hwy 321 to avoid downtown, or to get to Pigeon Forge without going through town. Fairly good privacy and usually quiet, good parking. One video game (a golf game) didn't work. Not much space to hang up clothes, but Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Good water pressure and plently of hot water (but it also wasn't cold out). I definitely would like to rent it gain

We stayed a week here on the property. Adventurous drive to get there…fun and exciting. First floor has the kitchen, bedroom, fire place and beautiful porch with hot tub. Top floor has the big tub and a shower. Bunk bed and a pull out couch for the kids. My kids loved the nostalgic video games and learned to play pool. Top floor view was just as beautiful. Waking up and having our coffee on the porch super relaxing!! What a great experience.

This was a nice little cabin. I’ve been to the area multiple times and really enjoyed using this company for our stay. I took my 4 boys and I and we had a nice relaxing few days. The owners are very responsive with any questions. Plenty of room and the view was breath taking. Would use them again and recommend them
