Hot tub and outdoor view was perfect. We enjoyed the downstairs area that had a pool table, foosball table and large tv area. Fun games were available for us to play as a family. The indoor and outdoor dining tables were big enough for our family to dine.

Photos were not as it appeared in reality. Trash left in woods next to driveway, broken unusable appliances, unequipped kitchen for number of guests advertised. Uncomfortable beds and old furniture, broken blinds unable to lift for views. Broken lamps, inadequate lighting, rusted through bottom outdoor grille. No space for luggage in bedrooms. Very disappointed by the function of this space. Wide angle photos used for stages sales photos but no effort put into function of space. Leaking hot tub to deck below.

Acceptable but not Great

The cabin was very clean. Sofa quite worn . Primary floor bedroom mattress needs replacing-roll to the middle. Kitchen had several issues that maintenance had to correct.Other bedrooms were fine. Hot tub was good. Heating and fireplace was fine. We used the real wood fireplace every day. The view was over the town which was pretty at night with all the holiday lights. We contacted the Avant Stay customer service numerous times and they always responded and sent a maintenance man over. . Again the cabin was clean but needed some routine maintenance and better lighting. We loved the layout for our family . Downstairs bedroom had full bath, 2 upstairs bedrooms shared a bath- and primary living floor had a full bath. Nice playroom. Primary floor bedroom tiny.

Great mountain getaway!!

Had everything we needed! Beautiful drive, definitely a steep incline at times! Had a bear walk right across the porch. Only about 10-15min to get into downtown gatlinburg!

December Trip

The cabin its self was great. It was clean and as pictured. It has plenty of games to play and space for everyone to spread out. We also really like the 3 king beds. The hot tub however was broken during our stay. They attempted to fix it two times but were unsuccessful. The hot water for showers last for about 4 showers at a time then has to reheat. Overall we had a great time.

Enjoyed our stay!

We really had a good week with our entire family, room for everyone. The location was great, we could be downtown in about 10 minutes. We had everything we needed as well as bear sightings every day.

Great stay during labor day weekend

We were two families of eight people which this big house easily accomodated and truly enjoyed our stay. The views are breathtaking, the house is well-equipped, and the Jacuzzi and game rooms are excellent extras. Just be aware that you are almost to the summit of the mountain, but the trip up there is well worth it once you see the views. We would love to return sometime.

The BEST property!

First let me say the property was amazing. Even though there were other cabins around, the trees around it and that it was a corner lot made it feel secluded. The rooms were comfortable, the beds could've been a tiny bit softer but that's me. The house had more than enough room to spread out. The pool table and fooseball were great and got used a lot. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the hammock swing. And the BEARS!!!! So, because of the proximity to the park we had daily bear visits. The first big visit was a mom, 2 babies and a teenager. We put a bag of trash on the deck (we were about to leave for the day at about 11, the trash hadn't been there more than 5 minutes), our dog alerted to something. My husband went out the door and came face to face with the mom, nabbing our trash. He yelled and she took off with the bag. My small dog took off after her, (so brave and so dumb) and she proceeded to feed the family. Our last morning, the dog alerted again and we went out and watched a couple of young siblings (teenagers) playing on the back walkway like a couple puppies. They wrestled around for at least 20-30 minutes. So I'm assuming these bears have their daily route that they take past the cabins. I used to live and work in Gatlinburg back in the 80s, hiked in the park on the weekends, I saw more bears this visit than I ever did when I lived here. 10/10 would recommend.

Mountain Paradise

This property offers fantastic views of the mountains around Gatlinburg. We saw black bears every day. The property managers were courteous, helpful and very responsive. The property is just minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg and the GSMNP. The property was well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

STUNNING property

Our group of 6 (4 adults, 2 teenagers) stayed at this cabin for Spring Break. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, bedrooms were spacious, and the game room was a huge hit! We even used the outside deck to play cornhole with our personal boards that we brought. The property manager was very responsive when we reached out. We absolutely loved the view, it was unbeatable! Highly recommend. Big plus that the property was pet friendly so we could bring our miniature schnauzer along!!

Very clean. Good setup for a family with young kids. Very nice view

Overall a very pleasurable experience. Can't explain enough how clean this place was. Other than some minor wear and tear from renters it was a beautiful and updated cabin. Slight downside was how loud the floors were. Something to keep in mind for light sleepers. Would consider renting again.

Amazing views

This cabin has the most AMAZING views EVER!!! You have a perfect view of the mountains and downtown Gatlinburg! The only thing about this cabin is the road leading up to it, which that’s the price you pay for amazing views in the mountain. The roads were very scary the first few times but we got used to it. It was very clean upon arrival. Plenty of things to do in the cabin to keep your mind busy. We didn’t need to speak much with the host but when needed they respond pretty quick. Overall just a great cabin, we will keep coming back to this cabin from here on out!

Beautiful Home!

We loved this house! The owner was very responsive. A lot of amenities to keep the family entertained. The view was absolutely gorgeous. The only thing is that the description says “sleeps 10” but it only has 4 beds. The other sleeping arrangements are mats to put on the floor. We had little ones so they were able to sleep on them just fine. Not a horrible thing, but something to keep in mind. We loved the Jacuzzi, especially the view. It was close Gatlinburg. Only about 10 min drive. Overall a great place to stay. I recommend it 100%!

Best view ever

We loved our stay at this property. To start with, the view was incredible. Not only great mountain views, but also great views of downtown Gatlinburg. The cabin itself was very clean and extremely well stocked. We brought extra toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, but didn't have to use any. Only issue was with the requirements of the management company. Wanted a picture ID, a picture of me holding the ID, and some weird program requiring me to face my camera and turn my head from side to side till it did something. It didn't work. Not the kind of headache I expect from someone who I'm paying a lot of money to.

Family Fun

The view from this place is spectacular. The accommodations were super...beds were all very comfortable. The decor is inviting. The bears were pretty active and we had a few sightings and encounters; they wondered off eventually. Access to the park is very good. Have room for at least 4 cars in the driveway. The drive up to the home is curvy and steep....but it is worth it for the view. Would recommend this place and would stay here again!!!
