Recliner didn’t work, couldn’t sit on couch as you slid right off as it’s a futon with mattress that doesn’t fold to couch position - had to keep it in bed position, only place to sit was dining table. Need clearer description as to entrance as not good for those with accessibility issues. Used items (soap, used razor, open shampoos) left in shower and many dishes had to be rewashed to use. Door knob upstairs kept falling off. Couldn’t find AC/heat thermostat to adjust when needed. Otherwise very cute place, great bedrooms and beds were comfy. Sent photo and message to owner about door knob. Don’t usually complain but for the cost thought I should point these things out as comfort is important when vacationing.

It was a great stay! Decor and theme were topnotch. Stairs to upstairs are pretty tight would be tough if someone add mobility issues. Communication with host was quick. Definitely don’t trust your gps if it says to get there via boogertown rd.

Perfect

This property was a perfect location to pretty much everything. Easy to get to the downtown areas and hiking places was about a 40 min drive depending where you stop. Big ebough for 14 people. Pool was right by the property. Very clean. The pillows were too bulky for us but we made do. Would stay here again. Even had a bear a fox go through the property lots of stairs though so be prepared if you are elderly.

This cabin was beautiful. Everything you need. Bring food, swim or hot tub towels. Close to town … big hint unless you want to wind around country roads MAKE A RIGHT out of the driveway, otherwise Boogertown is long country way. I could have stayed and never left for any tourist attractions, but we spent a lot of time in Pigeon Forge with the kids. Not as crowded as Gatlinburg. I would recommend this cabin to everyone. Only heads up would be is be aware there are stairs down to the cabin & down to hot tub. The master bed is very high (I (wife) bought a small step stool at Walmart ha ha). Thank you for providing a beautiful VRBO.

The cabin was just as listed. My family loved the attention to detail for the Neverland theme. The kids loved the pool and it was very clean. The cabin was easy to find and close to many attractions.

Very peaceful

The location was great. Outside of town, but not too far. The house is located on a quiet road with lots of trees. We stayed over the 4th of July. Couldn’t hear any of the neighbors fireworks (which was nice). Futon in the main room probably should be changed to a couch. It was hard to get comfortable on after a long day hiking. Overall loved the place and would stay there again. P.S. also got to see bears from the balcony. That was awesome!

Making Memories!

We had an awesome time at “Neverland” it was one of our best trips ever! Everything was as pictured and as promised, the house was truly amazing… We loved the pool, hot tub but the favorite part of the house was the decks… We spent every night hanging out with our 8 family members on the deck just rocking away and laughing, playing music into the early morning hours, just truly making memories! The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was more than ample, and bathroom spaces were very nice…. Only thing I would suggest is a better couch it’s not that comfortable, but hey most of our time was on the deck so we are not complaining at all! The Peter Pan theme was really neat, we all felt like kids on an adventure during our stay, and just an easy 3 minute drive to the downtown fun of Gatlinburg, less the 2 minute to A nice Grocery store, but yet found ourselves in such a private mountain setting! Our favorite memory of all we were all on the deck about 6pm and Along came this black bear just traveling through the yard, he didn’t have a care in the world either, just taking an evening stroll as naturally as we all could be! Thanks for allowing us to stay at your awesome house, we will surely return again!

House in the woods, Gatlinburg

The house itself was exactly as shown on VRBO with the exception youhad to walk down three flights of stairs to get to the house. I believe this should be noted on the site. As in my instance I am 78 years old and it was an issue for me. Also the bed were extremely high and you should put a footstool in the bedrooms. The towels were skimpy.

Neverland

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful location centrally located to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, TN you will love this cabin. And the decor with the Peter Pan theme is whimsical, and fun. Very well built, and the owner is quick to respond to any questions or needs. I would definitely be a return customer, and highly recommend it.

False advertisement

The property was extremely clean however the description of the property was 3600 ft.² which would leave plenty of room for five adult adults and three kids. However, the square footage was 1949 sq ft which is nowhere close and is false advertisement. When I called to speak with the property manager, nobody would call me back despite several phone calls. They never called me back about the size of the property and getting a new place We were all on top of each other with little room to sit. The futon that they use as the couch was completely useless, if you sat on it, you would slide right off. During one of our days we lost power due to a rain storm and were without power for 8 hrs when I contacted the property manager via the app I was told to get blankets and to bundle up/ layer our clothes which was challenging considering there was 1 blanket in the entire house. This property is also located behind another main property. Which resulted in us being trapped when the cars were parked at the main house. Extremely disappointed in the property size and the lack of response from the property manager who I booked the property through.

Great place, well kept. Could use better directions especially if arriving after dark. Need the motion sensor lights outside looked at especially if arriving after dark. Otherwise, a fantastic place close to everything.

Soccer tournament stay

What a great cabin to stay in during a soccer tournament this past weekend. We were able to share it with another family with plenty of room and activities for the kids on their down time. The theme was very cute and whimsical. The little toddler bed was a perfect touch as my two year old loved it! They were only 5 minutes to Rocky Top Sports World complex, which made it convenient to go back to rest between the games. Well kept, really clean, and quiet. Would stay here again if we have another tournament up there!

Family weekend

Me and my family loved this cabin we went up for a weekend and it was beautiful drive to the cabin. The cabin is so beautiful I loved the Nederland theme. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The drive to all the attractions in pigeon forge was easy and very beautiful overall i would rate this cabin a 10/10 stars. I would recommend this cabin to anybody!!!
