This was our very first VRBO rental and to say we were nervous is an understatement, but we couldn't have asked for a better rental!!! The place was amazingly clean, with everything spotless and clearly well-maintained. The view was absolutely stunning — even better than the photos! Every drawer, shelf, and switch was meticulously labeled, which made settling in so easy, especially with kids in tow.This was truly a perfect spot for our family — spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed (and more). You can really tell the owner cares about the guest experience. We will be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! We traveled with our boys ages 8, 6, and 3 and they each loved the bunk beds, games provided and the game room. My husband and I loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy coffee while the boys played with the games inside. The view from the balconies was incredible, it made it hard to leave to go explore Gatlinburg. Every amenity you could need was provided in the cabin and we cooked a meal there each day. The house was clean, well-kept and maintained. We also loved the location, we could get to downtown Gatlinburg in 10 minutes and to the National Park Visitor Center in 8 minutes. It was convenient to everything we wanted to experience, yet we felt like we got a peaceful escape as well. The beds were comfortable and our boys loved the bunk bed room. This cabin was fantastic and we can't wait to stay here again in the future!

Weekend Getaway!

Lovely home, as pictured! Very clean. Great location to attractions but quiet and relaxing. View from the deck was beautiful. Teenagers enjoyed the game room. Would highly recommend!

Kidless getaway while at they are at camp

Crazy awesome views in a very comfortable cabin

We loved the views most of all. The cabin was very clean and very comfortable. We took full advantage of the large well stocked kitchen. The only downside was communication with the property manager was completely one sided. I received a lot of automated messages that were clear and helpful but any questions I asked were completely ignored. Not a big deal but definitely frustrating.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – 6 Stars if I Could!

If I could give this cabin 6 stars, I would without hesitation. This was truly an exceptional stay from start to finish. The home is immaculately clean and incredibly well equipped, you can tell the owners have put great care and attention into every detail. From the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy furnishings, everything was thoughtfully curated to make guests feel at home.The views overlooking Downtown Gatlinburg were nothing short of stunning, especially at night. Yet despite the elevated vantage point, access to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was quick and convenient, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.One of the highlights of our trip was watching the local bears stroll by the cabin, a magical experience that made our Smoky Mountain getaway even more memorable (from a safe distance, of course!).This place exceeded all expectations; it was peaceful, picturesque, and perfectly maintained. We’ll definitely be back and are already recommending it to family and friends. Don’t hesitate to book it, this gem is everything you’re hoping for and more.

Look no further!! This is where you NEED to stay!

Of all the times my family and I have stayed in Gatlinburg, this was the only time the whole family agrees we want to only stay here. This cabin has it all! The view is breath taking and so romantic! Imagine sitting in the hot tub with soft lights on the deck while the mountains surround you. Everyone had something to do and the family was able to reconnect. Everything in the cabin was labeled and instructions for anything was posted. We felt as if we were home. We can to wait to return! The only thing I would add is a mirror at the end of the driveway so that you can see on coming cars. Thank you for everything!

Great views, clean house

This home was beautiful and fun all in one. The kids had a great time playing pool and air hockey after relaxing in the hot tub. It was located near town with lots of activities. I wouldn’t recommend driving in the dark as the mountain roads are winding without guard rails in areas.

Great Stay

The views were beautiful as was the house. The only negative was the roads to get up high, but to be expected! Door dash even delivered groceries and pizza to us! The game riom and hot tub kept our grandkids occupied….the weather got stormy and we lost electricity for a bit, but the propmgr was on it and the owner even came by!

GREAT!!!

Absolutely fantastic place and host! The Million Dollar View cabin was a million dollar experience for our family! Easy to get to, close to everything yet a secluded feel with an INCREDIBLE view! My mother has significant physical disabilities and the cabin is very easy to get into with only a few steps and parking right up to the front door. Very clean, like we were the first ones to ever stay there. The cabin is fully furnished with everything you need and decor is great. The outdoor grill is very convenient and the hot tub is not only private but with an awesome view! Can't go wrong for a family or group to hang out in comfort together or separate for plenty of private space. Game area is great. Communication with the host was easy, prompt and accessible. We simply loved it and can't wait to go back!

The perfect spot

I have a young family (5 and 2) our goals were to go to Ober and the aquarium during our stay. It was so nice to do both without having to get in downtown traffic. This place is the perfect location to get around to anywhere you need quickly. The house was decorated for Christmas and was well stocked. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
